This program just launched 1+ hour ago.
Originally, the payout was only $10, but minutes later they stopped sign-ups & increased payout to $30 suddenly without informing members.
I almost joined this program because of low payout. However now I am glad I didn't because of the increased payout so I didn't join.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by KeepProfits. Members may earn by referring new members to the KeepProfits program. Members will earn 50% of their direct referrals earnings and 1% of their 2nd - 25th level referral earnings. Members will be paid via PayPal/Check. KeepProfits will pay members when their balance reaches $10 and they request payment. Payments will be made within 7 days or a reasonable time after.
Check processing fee - $2.

I think this company is still under control of CAC and has not been sold out. The payment term could change any time in the future.
