I need to know. Does anyone else seem to have trouble earning from their referrals in dreamstarmail???

I have 8 referals and in 3 weeks they have earned me .0130 cents! The lowest by far of any of my programs in the highest paying program!!!

It makes no cents, err sense.

I have written the wm twice to no avail.(a tremendous shock);(

If you or anyone you know knows anyhting about this please post.

I want to know what to do!

Well, something's wrong with your refs OR they are cheating but I don't think so.
Let's check at the ref percent:

Commissions settings:
Point ads: %
Cash ads: 8,4,2,2 %
Must login every 7 days and
be at least 40% as active as your downline to get commission from downline clicks

That's the program settings so they aren't cheatin. And it's a reliable WM so you shouldn't go this way. Be patient, Im sure the Admin will answer you, don't forget he is managing 19,000 members

but anyway:

Im not receiving paid emails at all. I have joined it about three days ago but haven't got a single email.

This might be out of topic but still it would be nice to know am I the only one not getting any emails?

Did you check your inbox? If there aren't any mails then there's a problem.

There have been well over 100 emails sent out this week, most of them search emails, so if anyone hasn't received mails, there's definitely a problem on your end.

Regarding earning from your downline -- my figures haven't changed in over a week. I have a tiny downline, but there should have been some activity, albeit small. I've seen similar complaints in the past and by the same token, I've seen some people bragging about the massive amounts of money they've made from their downlines.

No comment on why that is right now because I honestly don't know what the problem is -- It's clear something isn't right though.

I have also the same problem. Joined March 5 and have got about 0,2 dollar worth of emails and ptc's. Anybody knows the reason?

over the weekend till today, i think i got over 100 emails ranging from 3 cents to 10 cents....

puzzled why some are having so little...

maybe targeting marketing/emails....????

Thanks for the information everyone, especially you "lil crusader". I'm glad to see I'm not alone.

I don't really care about anyone's reputation or how busy they may personally be, if they cannot respond to a real question in 2 weeks time, well I think that just sucks.

If they are SO busy, they should remove the contact link altogether.

It is members like me who take the time to point out concerns that should be responded to. Instead so many webmasters are bamboozled into sending us links to so-called charity cases.

Maybe if I write dreamstarmail and say my cousins' aunt's niece needs a new flute or she will die of asthma, I will get a response...

I am sick of these programs giving us the run around. I vow to someday open a ptr worthy of our hard work. And all webmasters will be banned!

I know that when I join dreamstar about two weeks ago, I hardly recieved any emails. I had everything checked(searches and everything), but not the delete me or cheat buttons, and I would only recieve 2 emails a day. I know they have sent out more than that...I am just wondering what is going on. Plus the same thing happened with my referrals....not recieving that much in referrals earnings.

I have 18 emails in outlook.

Thats from the last 24 hours.

The last email from dreamstar arrived at 2.15am, some 6 hours and 45 minutes ago.

I have an idea about what's going on...

I think he may be sending mail to say the first 8,000 members who joined as a way of saving money for himself.

If you notice on his homepage, he offers 8,000 guaranteed hits to your site for a price. Why doesn't he offer a paid mail to all members like everyone else... Because he doesn't intend to send the paid link to all his members!

Maybe we can post approximately when we joined so we can see if it is that.

I joined Feb 1st-10th somewhere in there.

I joined Feb 1st-10th too. and earn money from paid mail around $0.8 per day.

But I earn from downlines $0.16per day with 65 Ref in my downlines.

DSM is back now and seems fully intact.

I honestly think that MOST of these programs start out with good intentions. Later on the WMs get into a bind for one reason or another and cannot pay their members when they reach payout and request it. Lots of people at this point holler "this program is a scam". I dont think that is usually the case. THIS PROGRAM though in my opinion was started as a scam and is a scam. There is an inner circle who repeatedly get " random payouts." Oh sure, they'll toss ina few payouts to regular members but not many! In my opinion this program IS A SCAM AND WAS INTENDED TO BE A SCAM from day one!! This is just MOO!

I have 6 referrals, and I have earned $ 1.5759 from them so far. I think you may have deadbeat referrals.....

And I am getting my emails, too. They are all in my inbox on the site. I am a little disappointed in the recent 3 cent mails though.

This is my answer:

They send emails to selected countries, but not to all the members.
That is the reaseon why they can sell their emails so cheap.

also, if someone buy 5 cents email to half of their member, i don't know how they choose theoe members. Depends on country? depends on gender?

I got many emails from them everyday. perhaps I am in the us.

Also about the referrals and email going to limited people...

All of our suppositions may be in fact true or false. The real problem is the refusal to address the OBVIOUS questions a thinking member would have of this site.

I and others have respectfully written the wm seeking answers. We have posted in the forum seeking answers.

Yet, we are ignored. Too many wm's ignore PERTINENT questions and answer whatever they feel like.

I wish we could get a straight answer. If the wm told me that he is sending targeted emails and some members may never get enough mail to earn, I WOULD STAY IN THE PROGRAM!

I don't want anything but an honest answer.

I don't know what's up with DSM right now -- it was back last nite and working just fine with everything seemingly intact. But it's gone again this morning, so who knows what is going on.

Out of curiousity I checked the other 2 programs owned by this same PO and they are fine too.

Also, all of the other programs I'm in that were affected by the problems of the last few days are working fine as well.

So....maybe it's somehow related to the server move, or <fill in the blank>.

I bet this site is forever gone now, and he will explain it by saying some load of wm-hi about the server problem.

Isn't Super Star Mail from the same WM too? It's still accessible. Only half the membership as dreamstar though.

Their host was shut down due to spam problems. This site was HIGHLY advertised and I'm wondering if they have more even more troubles because of spam complaints. When the 179 sites were down, it was one of them BUT the OTHER sites all had some sort of an explanation that would come up (with a link to the GPS forum for more details). Dreamstar just said "page cannot be displayed".

I think it's too early to jump the gun and assume they are gone but something is definately up. I had no problems yesterday earning more and getting into the site - my stats were all moving along nicely. I'm over halfway to payout in less than a month so obviously I would prefer it if this one didn't disappear. If it does - such is life. I've still got lots of payments coming in from other places.
