I have a site and am a member of HorizonSurfer.
Am I allowed to make my startpage URL as a popup on my site - I can't find a ruling against this, is it something that 'goes without saying' , or is it allowed as far as you know???

It isnt expressed in the rules, but I bet they will consider it as cheating.
