Kris here at McCrawMail,
In the past day the McCrawMail website has been offline 3 times for a total of 12-14 hours. Just last week we also had another 12-14 hour outage. Due to the continued poor service of the hosting company I am forced to take immediate action. A immediate move to a new web server is required. At this current rate of performance all operations of the McCrawMail program have been delayed 12-14 hours due to this disruption in service.
I have just signed a contract with a new hosting company and we are in the process of setting up the new home of McCrawMail on the internet.
This new home will provide the high performance website McCrawMail needs for reliable daily operation.
The current website will be halted within a few hours. No new sign ups will be taken and account information will be unavailable. This is needed prior to the move to insure data base integrity. The duration of this downtime is not known. Hopefully it will only be a few minutes but if difficulties are encountered this could delay startup of the new website. During this move the website will display a status as to when the move will be complete. A notice will be sent when the move is complete and normal operations resume. Due to this disruption payment processing is also delayed and will resume after this move is complete.
If all works well everything should be working as normal tomorrow then I can start working on payments.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
