AYS touted itself as a no minimum payout site and many webmasters sent out links stating exactly that to their members. I joined when it was a no minimum site and a few hours later a friend of mine joined it. He then proceeded to tell me that I had given him the wrong information regarding payout level. Apparently they are now saying that there is a $10.00 minimum for their payout.
This does not bother me as much as the fact that they claim to be a no B.S. site and that has already been disproven.
I don't intend this to be a complete slam against their site but rather a warning to others because they do not have any terms and conditions section available.
I intend to ride this one through, however I am very dissapointed with their behaviour so far.

i'm very hate!!! the last week AYS had to pay 12$, but they didn't pay to me. Today, i was reading emails their e-mails and i can`t login because they deleted my account!!! i'm a active member. I think that they don't pay!!! AYS is a scam????

Funny, I cannot remember it ever being a no minimum payout site. I thought it was always $10 minimum payout and in the good old days, they offered $1 referral bonus because they did not have two types of memberships as they have now.
I dont remember it being no min ether it was always $10
On the first day that AYS launched they were like many other New programs using this script. They did not state anywhere in their terms (since at that time a TOS page did not exist) what the minimum payout was.
Therefore, it was assumed that they were a no minimum site.
I joined them through a link from PenniesByEmail at that time and felt it was neccessary to let others know that they were not a no minimum site after all.

As far as them being a scam. This is so not true.
If you are active then you would not be deleted just suspended. They will not delete you for inactivity right away.
Have you tried to contact them through the contact us form on the sight? They are very good at responding to email questions even if it takes them a couple of days to get back to you.
