Is anyone else getting an error page when trying to login to the control panel?

Not the scripts/admin panel, but the cpanel.

I haven't been able to login for 3 days. I emailed John yesterday, and haven't gotten a response. The login page loads, but as soon as I put in my username and password, it takes forever to load, then I get a 504 error.

Any suggestions?

Honestly I much prefer a ftp to cpanel to access files.

A 504 error means: Gateway Timeout

In other words the server you are accessing did not get a response from an external data source (i.e. another server) within a certain amount of time.
