Having read the numerous emails sent to us and the
forum asking for more information about certain
issues, we have decided to send out a FAQ email.
Hopefully, this email will clarify certain matters.
In the next few hours you shall receive another email explaining how the matrix works.
Also you shall receive an email about some new benefits of Package members in the next 3-5 days.(We are working on these now, so we can not give an exact time.All previous members will be able to benefit from new offers without any charge.)

Before we go on to the FAQ section we would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your
interest in Matrixmails paid-membership. From the
first day we launched the site, hundreds of people
have contacted us to become a member. While
contructing the site we were aware that we had a very good program but to be honest we didn't expect to be met with such big interest. Thanks once again.

Matrixmails hasn't started to send paid-mails yet.
There a few reasons for this. Firstly, we want to sort the members according to their countries so that we can provide the advertisers with detailed options.
Secondly, we are waiting for the number of members to reach a certain level. Currently we are optimizing the program so that it will run smoothly by 01.04.2002, which is when Matrixmails will become fully functional.
Please read the FAQ section carefully. You
will find the answers to why you can not see your
earnings yet and many other issues.

FAQ

Question-1 : You say that you will start sending
paid-mails on 01.04.2002. But I signed up for a
3-month membership on 22.03.2002. Won't I have lost a week by then?
Answer: No you won't. We will add the elapsed time (in this case 9 days) to your membership period. So this situation, which at first sight seems to to be your disadvantage will turn into an advantage for you.
During the period until 01.04.2002 you have the
opportunity to enlarge your downline. Your 3-month
membership will start on 01.04.2002. As a result, you won't have lost any time.

Question-2: Why is E-Gold the only method of payment?
Answer: Until the last moment we had credit card
options and our shopping carts were ready too.
However, just before we launched the site, our credit card processing company informed us that they had some concerns regarding matrix and therefore, they declined from undertaking the credit card processing of the site. Since it was too late to find a solution and we didn't want to lose any more time, we deactivated the credit card links. Yet, PayPal, Anypay and c2it options will be available within a week. You will be
informed by email a day before these options are
activated.

Question-3: My membership expired on 01.07.2002 but I forgot to withdraw the $15 in my account. Do I have to wait for this money to reach $25, which is the payout limit for free membership, to be able to withdraw it?
Answer: Not at all. You can withdraw the money you
have earned during your membership any time you wish, even after your membership expires.

Question-4: I have paid $5 and become a 3-month single gold member. Then a friend of mine paid $5 and became a 3-month single gold member. Does that mean I earn $15 fast-start bonus?
Answer: Unfortunately no. It appears as if there is some sort of misunderstanding here. Some members must have misunderstood the rules and they think that by paying $5 for single gold membership they will also be entitled to the $15 fast-start bonus. This is both mathematically impossible and not fair to our members who have paid more for their membership. To prevent
further misunderstanding we have included the rules stating the advantages that come with each type of membership (see below). Moreover, this information will be also available on the front of our web page and the signup page in the next two days.

*** Initially, we weren't going to offer any bonuses for single type membership but having seen that many people had signed up for this membership type we have decided to give some bonuses. Since we can not raise the fees of these memberships, we are going to pay you out of our own profits. For the time being this seems to be the only solution. $5 and $15 fast start bonuses
are paid by only the members who join to our matrix program and if you examine our signup page more detailed, you shall see that these fees are counted as a part of matrix fees. So you must also be a matrix member to be able to receive these bonuses.

If the information above is still confusing try
reading this:
If you are a silver single member you will receive a bonus only from silver(10%) single members.

If you are a silver package member you will
receive bonuses from both silver single (10%) and
silver-gold package members (Silver package ($5)-Gold package ($5)).

If you are a Gold single member you will receive bonuses from silver single members (10%) and gold single members(10%).

If you are a Gold package member there is nothing to worry about as you will receive bonuses from each membership type:
(Silver package ($5), Gold Package ($15), silver single (20%), silver-gold (20%), free members(10-5-5 cents).

Question-5: I didn't quite understand the difference among membership types and signed up for the $5 single silver membership. However, it isn't what I had in mind. What can I do?
Answer: First of all we must make one point clear.
Matrixmails was not set up with the idea of tricking people with false promises and taking their money by cheating. As we state clearly on our help page, the long term goal is to set up a multi-purpose money earning portal open to everyone. In order to achieve this goal we shall add new features when the time comes. In the light of this long term aim, Matrixmails is ready to fully refund all members who believe they
have been treated unfairly. All you have to do is just send an email. However, we would like to suggest that these members are in a very advantageous position and therefore would make a loss should they choose to drop out. We are a very young company and this is a very big
advatage for all those people who acts early and take their places besides us.

If these members have opted to choose these
memberships because they didn't have enough money in their e-gold accounts or because of a misunderstanding regarding the terms, then we suggest that they contact us via email in 3 days stating their request. All such members' status shall be upgraded to package. They can pay the difference in price through PayPal, anypay or
c2it as soon as these options become available. The matrix positions of these members will be determined according to the date they signed up to the system.

*** Important: Due to the reasons explained above we are unable to tell exactly how many people are members of matrix and thus how much bonus earnings these members are going to pay. Therefore nobody can see their earnings in the matrix or bonus earnings stats.
But remember, this is temporary. Once these members have made a final decision you will be able to see your bonus earnings.

Question-6: I don't have any money in my E-Gold
account. But I intend to become a member as soon as the other options are activated. Will I lose the bonuses which I am supposed to receive from the referrals who have upgraded their memberships?
Answer: No. Until PayPal and the other options are
activated nobody will lose these bonuses. But within a month of the activation of these options, if your referral upgrades before you do, this bonus will be given to the nearest member with a package type membership. (VERY IMPORTANT! You can find more information on this topic in our 'Matrix Information' email.)

And an advice to all of the people who are in matrix (only package members):
To make our matrices more trustfull
we will make your upline's and your first level refrrals' email adresses available to you. Any matrix member who want to see this information must send us an email.
We will than take their permission and if they accept, we will send their emails to you. Then you will be able to contact with them.
