Hello to all members old and new:

Well...as many of you will recall, at the end of November I asked for your support and feedback of 3-2-1 Mail!. At that time the decision was made to make ALL e-mails paid, even the ones we sent out where there were offers that you could get paid for when you signed up for them.

I had said December would be the "test month" to see if there was enough revenue coming in from the member activity on signups and offers that were distinctly brought to you by 3-2-1 Mail!.

I have to say the reports are not really to our satisfaction. In reality, we LOST money.

Keeping this in mind, the following changes to our program will be made effective January 1, 2002:

1. 3-2-1 Mail! will revert to the "old" method of having Standard Paid E-mails be the ONLY ones that you will receive a "click commission" of $0.03. Member Offer E-mails (e-mails where we bring you offers that you can MAKE money by signing up for the offers) will NOT have a "click commission" for reading them.

2. The 10% commission structure for all of your referral's offer signups WILL remain intact.

3. The $0.05 referral bonus for each new member brought in will be discontinued.

4. ALL accounts are still active and balances will STILL be paid according to our policy of first reaching a $25.00 payout and payments being
sent out 45 days after the end of the month in which the threshold will be generated.

5. The main website, terms, and FAQ will be updated with the new program description by 1/1/2002.

6. **NOTE** If you decide to terminate your account with 3-2-1 Mail! that ALL commissions that you have accrued and have not been paid out will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You will be able to tell the difference between which e-mails are paid and which ones are not:

**Paid e-mails will be labeled "Standard Paid E-mail"
**Non-paid e-mails will be labeled "Member Offer E-mail".

NOTE: Member Offer e-mails will ALWAYS have an offer in them that you can make money off of by signing up or acting on the offer.

On a personal note:

PLEASE...before you send me any mail that insults me, accuses me of stealing, includes profanity, or any other such nonsense, let me restate the following points noted above:

*ALL ACCOUNTS ARE STILL ACTIVE.

*ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE PAID UPON COMPLETION OF OUR PAYMENT TERMS ($25.00 THRESHOLD, 45 DAY WAITING PERIOD)

*NO ONE IS GETTING MONEY TAKEN FROM THEM IN ANY WAY.

*ALL COMMISSIONS DUE TO YOU WILL BE FORFEITED IF YOU UNSUBSCRIBE OR CANCEL YOUR 3-2-1 MAIL! MEMBERSHIP.

While I am sure that many of you will not approve of these changes, 3-2-1 Mail! cannot proceed in the current pay scale model. I personally do not want to have this happen, but as stated above...December was the "test month"...and the results were not good enough to keep sending e-mails without enough revenue coming in to cover the costs.

I apologize for the inconvienience to any of our members, but I can assure you that 3-2-1 Mail! WILL proceed and prevail using the program modifications noted above.
