We used to get good stuff from mypoints.com. They must be going under, cause lately, friends and family members have tried to redeem their points and we all had our accounts deleted.

How long has this been going on? I'm a member too, www.mypoints.co.uk , the UK version of the same company and I received ?20 Marks and Spencer vouchers this morning, just a few days after requesting them.

JayElleKay, you say that you have family members trying to redeem and getting their accounts deleted...are you by any chance sharing the same computer? If so, the site may detect that as cheating. I do not know what their policy for that is.

I just recently, about a month ago I would say it was redeemed my points for a $10 webcertificate. It arrived in my email in 4-5 days. Which is a lot better than Blink.com...I had redeemed there for a webcertificate also and it took them almost 2 months to get that to me.

I sure hope they are not a scam.. I could cash out now.. but I'm waiting for a certain number of points to get a higher prize..

Tipsy, as with any site, you really shouldn't wait too long. They could close up tomorrow and owe you nothing. Just some hopefully helpful advice.

I got that webcertificate just from clicking the 5 point emails that they send.

hhmmmmm...I've never had a problem with Mypoints. Have you emailed customer service to see what the problem is? I know they do allow more than 1 account per computer, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Yes. Individuals need to be at least 18 years of age and must have their own email address. Points from separate accounts can't be combined. (Note: Users who share computers must refresh their Log In, otherwise, they could be earning Points for the last MyPoints member that used that computer! )

i have no problem with my points got a web certificate last week

They locked my account in January. This is after I did some shopping through their site and racked up some points.

It took a while (3 months) to unlock my account. It took another while (another 3-4 months) to get the points since I saved all the purchasers emails which had the referral coupon code.

All is restored, but I lost a few months of earnings potential...

You need to call them as snail mail does not always work. They get the paperwork complaint, but the don't act on it. A few calls were required to straighten all things out.

It was a hairy experience for this cat...

I've redeemed with them several times... most recently a month ago and I received my giftcard within a week or so.

This is one of my fave progs....i just received a $25 webcertificate from them....try contacting them abt all this.

I have no complaints with them. I got my Buger King Burger Bucks just last month.

WOW! Thats a bummer. I'v receiveda $50.00 webcertificate, $20.00 in red lobster certificates. have never had a problem with and have been a member since 11-19-1999.


Give them a call or email and ask what has happened.

They sent my voucher and it arrived on my dads birthday, nice gift, and fast sending. Definately a good program.

They never ripped me off I recently redeemed ?25 in vouchers and they were at my door within 3 days

I got my $25 SamGoody gift certificate in the mail in about 2 weeks or so after requesting it.

Definetly not a scam. Mypoints has always come through, I have gotten everything I was supposed to. I am now saving up for sony walkman.

This is not just any type of paid for surf thing, this is for real. They have been ranked amongst the best sites, numerous times. You can even buy there shares (in the stockmarket). Mypoints rules!

Yes, we've shared a PC but each has his/her own e-mail. They don't disqualify "sharing" PCs. They made two of us FAX OUR IDs to them!!!!!!!!
