Keep waiting. You'll be paid. They are very honest.

I've emailed them twice; they say they are way behind on payouts. The last time I checked they were only on the 2nd week of November. I'm waiting on money too that I requested in December. Looks like it might be a good wait for the money. They've paid me in the past but I've never had to wait very long before now.

On e-gold, if you have redeemed BEFORE the 25th and not been paid, here is the proceedure,
I check the account to be sure there has been 1 payout by paypal or an id sent in or is a gold member (I even allow money bookers payments instead of paypal) as per terms for e-gold cashout. If there is none of this, I email letting them know what is required. a week later I email again and note it on the account in transactions as well.
a week after that the redeem is moved from the que to be paid and put into another folder for those that need to verify identity.
So if you redeemed oct 10, you have not verified your account for e-gold cashout

i was paid the full amount due once it came.

I think this is the first time I've ever seen a complaint thread on PBE

can I suggest that people keep a record of when they cash out, it's not that difficult. I have a notebook that I write down the program name, date of cash-out request, and amount requested as soon as I make my request.
I'm not a program owner but it would make it a lot easier for these owner's if people took the time to keep their own records instead of having to email them to find out when they cashed out. PBE is a dependable program, been here a long time, and before I used my points to become a Gold member and had no referrals at all this site paid me, now I'm on my third payout and am quite possitive I will be paid.

Mary Carpenter IS HONEST, you will definitely be paid even though it may take a longer time for sending money to you. I have been paid twice.

here is a good way for people to keep track of their cash outs.

open up word pad (keep a quick launch link in your task bar)
take a screan shot of the cash out (ctrl and prt scrn) paste to word pad
save it under the program name and date of cash out
keep a file on your desk top (called cash outs) to save all the screan shots in

this is very simple and no need to look for a note book that can get miss placed
and no need to ask the webmasters when you cashed out
this works well for me

keep a seprate folder for advertising cash outs

Good idea - the word pad thing.

Except when you computer crashes . That's what happened to me. So at the moment there are several programs I am awaiting payment from not knowing the exact redemption date. Now I keep both on and off line records.

PBE is one of them. All I know is that I redeemed before christmas and that it would be nice to be paid

you can always save the files to diskett if worried about hard drive crashes. one diskett lasts for ever
