I'm thinking of starting a site, but as like a side project. I really don't wanna spend a ton of money on one thats just going to be on the side. I heard about www.getpaidscripts.com, They said free domain name for a year and a free month of hosting for $99. Any help would be great! . Thanks

i personally dont like those scripts i get errors when clicking mails

I would like to operate a web-hosting and a application service provider(A.S.P.) company. I will be offer lower price. You just pay it monthly. It should be lower than $30/month, including domain name(top level), hosting and server-side script(Admin, sign-up, member)...

however, I want to have your opinions first, I want to know what features you would (the webmaster) like to see most on the PTR site? What features you would like to have on the admin. section?
