I finally figured out how to work everything at my site, except for one main thing-- the mass mailer.

Now, I am 99% positive that I am writing, saving, and sending my emails correctly. But they aren't going out. They have stayed in the mail manager area as "in queue" for almost 2 days. I have emailed Myecom support yesterday, and have yet to hear from them.

I don't know what is going on. I love my new site, but without being able to send emails, there is no point in me having a site.

If anyone can tell me anyway to get in touch with Myecom, other than email, please tell me.

Either they aren't getting my emails or...well, I can't think of any other reason they wouldn't be answering me.

If anyone knows any other way to get in touch with them, please tell me.

Thanks,
Kim

Um... Is there a "smiley" for a very embarressed person? I finally figured out what I was doing wrong, and I feel so incredibly stupid right now.
It was so stupid, that I am not going to say what I did wrong.

Give me a little bit of credit though, I waited 2 days to bring it to the forum...then of course, as soon as I did, I figured out what the problem was.

My mass mailer also doesn't work.
I could send mails 2 days ago but now I can't. I am sending mails to John but haven't heard from him yet.

Hey, I just got an email from John where he said he forgot to turn on the cronjob. So maybe it wasn't totally my stupidty at work. I don't know. Maybe it was a cross between us both. Who knows. At least it's working now.

Okay. Thanks. I was looking for a red-faced one or something, but the only red-faced smiley is angry.

As you can see from that mailing, I haven't mastered it yet. Do I put disclaimers and stuff on the "send mail" form, after writing the email ad itself in the manager?

I am going to bed right now, so I will read your reply in a few hours. Thanks!!!!

Mine still doesn't work... ah.gif
I mailed John but haven't heard from him yet.

It took me 2 days to ever get a reply from him.

I'm sure he's busy, but I wouldn't give him more than 2 days before I emailed him again.

I have a disclaimer on my site that says, please wait 48 hours for a response. I usually get in done in less than 24, but sometimes, things happen.

Hi hon, we have templates that we basically jut copy an old mail, edit then send. We do not use the emaill manager to "make" that info, just write it in in mass mailer aa.gif

Hi Mary,

Thanks. That's what I was going to do until I heard something different. Only I wrote it on Notepad, just open it up, copy & paste, and out we go.
