My guess is he is trying to say that he is receiving lots of ads for Dreamstaremail. With all the ads going out how will people get lots of referrals. That is my translation.
I think what is meant here is that this new PTR is being promoted very hard and that with as many as 9 emails in a single program promoting it, most of them won't get many refs. Am I right?
