Since when does Google AdSense no longer allow search portal pages? I use them and have never experienced a problem. The only thing I see is that "Search Result" pages are not allowed. And there is a difference from "Search Portal" and "Search Result". I guess I could be wrong, But Google has never said anything wink.gif

there was a discussion about this in another thread, and if i understood it correctly they do no longer accept portal page (i don't mean search results).

i guess this is why:

We do not permit AdWords ads to be published on web pages that also contain what could be considered competing ads. This would include all content-targeted ads as well as text-based ads. Text-based ads, for this situation, can be loosely defined as ads that mimic AdWords ads or appear to be associated with AdWords ads on your site. We do allow affiliate or limited-text links.

My site (antisocial.dk) was rejected, and i guess the quote above was the reason..

I was just approved by them two maybe three weeks ago, Maybe because I was approved with my non-incentive domain. I guess if they approved my domain and pages, I should be ok.. I hope. unsure.gif

I guess it's ok to hade their ads on a non-incentive domain, but search portals counts as incentive..

They have approved my portal pages. this was less than a month, So I think if portal pages werent permitted my domain/application would have been declined rather than approved. smile.gif
