Can you give me a list of programs who give a bonus for signup and this can be use for advertise? Thanks.
BGpaymail...gives 3 dollar bonus which can be redeemed immediately
wbr-paysu.com gives you $10 for signing up, which can be used for advertaising. don't really trust this program though..
like tnek said, at wbr-paysu you can redeem your bonus for advertising. Howerer I'm not sure the ad will ever go live. I've redeemed twice in 3 weeks, but none of the ads is showing up.
Smoking-hotemail, gives 2$ which can be redempt in to ads immediately.

I send my ad on WBR 5 days ago, but nothing happend
