I have watched General Hospital off and on ever since I was a teenager, my friends and I were hooked on the Luke/Laura storyline. My mother watched All my Children when I was a kid so I like to catch up on that one every now and then.

Any one else here like soaps?

I sometimes watch Days, don't watch it as much as I used to, but I've been watching it since I was about 12 or 13. My sister watches AMC, OLTL, and GH, so sometimes I watch those with her.

I watch Days of Our Lives a couple times a week. Usually Monday and Friday. Gets pretty boring most of the time. LOL

been watching DOOL faithfully since 1973....got my 16 year old hooked on too

Does anyone here watch East Enders?? LOL... I catch it on BBC America and I lvoe that show, had been watching it for a year and a half or maybe more... but since Jamie died and with a buttload of other things going on, I didn't watch much, and I dunno when it's on anymore!

I have been a faithful Days of Our Lives fan for about 10 years, ever since Marlena was possessed by the devil! I watch every day or tape it, especially the past few months with the wonderful Salem Stalker Storyline. Also a childhood friend of mine is on the show, Kyle Lowder otherwise known as Brady Black. (My claim to fame LOL.)

I also watch Passions, have since the first episode (I think it was summer 1999?) But I can go weeks without watching it and still not miss anything. That show moves so darn slow!

And yes I am aware I have way too much time on my hands...

My mom got me hooked on DOOL when I was a little girl. Now I have to watch every single day. When I started watching it it had Patch and Kayla and Kim and Shane and Roman and Marlena!

I watched Another World for several years too until it got canceled. Now I watch the reruns of it on Soap Net!!

Not around that time Basically all the other options around 4PM are kids' programs or Ricky Lake Rather choose As the World Turns...

And since I'm not Dutch... the dutch soaps don't interest me. And the only other American soaps they show here are Days of our lives and The Bold and the Beautiful

Don't like either one of those....

I wouldnt be surprised if the soaps watched right here in this forum are more widely known than any episode from daytime tv.

Okay! Time to go watch General Hospital again and find out who is going to get out of the Port Charles hotel fir alive.

LOL - this hotel has been on fire since last Friday!!!! They keep showing the outside of the building - like someone is doing a newscast and the outside of the building has fire coming from every windoew. . . . . .but inside people are still walking around talking. . .and making confessions. . .and kissing people they shouldn't be kissing. . .and they are hardly even caoughing from the smoke!!

Soaps. . you got to love em!!!


They really streach things sometimes. . kinda like how a kid goes of to summer camp at age 7 and comes back 13 weeks later at age 17 and involved in their first teenage love triangle!!!
