Why people are added to the cheaters list:

1. Pretend to signup
2. Signup but do not confirm
3. Signup to a program they are already a member in
4. Signup to a program and do not use it at all (100% inactivity)
5. Any other form of bad behaviour

Please note: If you signup to a program you are agreeing that you plan on using the program and infact want to be a member of the program. Signup for the program and not the money, people who signup for the money & don't use the program at all will be added to the list
