I would like some referrals for All You Submitters, what would be a good way to advertise to get a lot of referrals for that program. I know of paid signups but I didnt know if they were good or not. Anyone got some advice? Thanks.

According to AYS terms, you're not allowed to use paid signups to get referrals for AYS. You're not allowed to use the refex folder here at get paid forum either. So that is not an option.
Even if it were an option, I wouldn't recommend it (unless you are competing at a ref contest, that is) as people who sign up with paid signups usually end up unsubscribing. Some are cheaters and some just don't like the program.
The owners of the programs where you purchase paid signups generally don't go after cheaters.

You need more referrals for your AYS?
Set up a separate page to promote AYS and explain
why you love that program and want to expand your
downline. What makes that program different from
other ptre, do you believe they will last long?
Take a snap shot of your inbox where you receive
all your paid emails to show that you do get lots of
it everyday.
After a month or so, take a snap shot of your AYS
account and show how much money you have made
Upload your picture to the server so people will
know you are dead serious about your programs.
The other option is to promote it directly using paid
ads in various ptre and text links on the front page
of most ptre programs.
or
you could build your opt-in list using an email capture
page and promote your AYS thru your leads.
The advantages of having your own opt-in list is
that you can promote anything at any time.
Let say, you have a downline of 200 in AYS, and 2
months later they disappeared and all those effort
not to mention the money you sped promoting the
program just went down the toilet, you could never
contact those downline anymore, right.
But if you have an opt-in list, you can promote
another program.
Most of these ptre will not last 3 months.

I disagree with that...
I say 2 months

LOL!
But there are many sites that have been doing this for over a year. Send more info has been around since 1996, I think. So, there are many sites that last longer than 2 months as well. You just need to choose wisely.

how do you get an opt-in list |
Building an opt-in list takes time and alot of effort but all that hardwork
will pay off in the end.
You can start building your opt-in list using free tools and resources
if you are just starting out and eventually you want to get your
own domain, website and autoresponder service will cost around $25 per month and set up cost of $50.
There are alot of service out there Listfire, FreenetLeads, honey frog, Freeclickthruclub.
Right now I'm using Nick Martin's program called Lifestylenetworker and
I've been using it for just over 2 months now and I have over 300 subscribers
to my opt-in.
Just click on the link on my sig files, and join and I will take you on a tour. I will
also build your first 100 opt-in subscribers.
It's a journey when you start building your opt-in list, not only you will
learn basic internet marketing skills, you will learn how to be a leader of
your group.
I absolutely love it. I build my opt-in list by giving away ebooks that
people normally buy so it saves them some money. Here's one of the
ebook that I giveaway.....www.gorillawebsitemarketing.com ($30 value)
Good luck,

I lost my accounts at Sendmoreinfo a couple of years ago because I didn't
login frequently.
Plus they only send you paid emails a handful once every few weeks.
Yeah so, Sendmoreinfo sucks bigtime....imho
