What follows is a letter I sent my downline, containing dialogue with the webmaster at McCrawMail. I have cancelled my membership.
*************letter follows*********
I am about to share a discourse between me and a webmaster that I find totally distasteful and very disturbing. As many of you know who have been with me for at least a month, I am trying to run a family-friendly business. At the end of each week's mailing, I issue a note that states such, and that I will not sign up for or promote any program that endorses adult-only content.
Well, I am forced to withdraw my membership in the following program, as in two days, I ran across adult-only content. That was bad, but I was also earning pennies when my kids were up, which made it worse. I emailed the webmaster, and here is what was said:

There's nothing wrong with sex sites and crude women dressed in leathery scanty outfits??? Have you no decency or respect for the human body???
I can't promote this, and I'll make sure my downline doesn't promote it either.
You make my skin crawl with disgust!!!!
Good day to you!

So here I am. I will be posting this in the getpaidforum.com as well. I want people to know that McCrawMail promotes sex sites and adult-only content and that due to the attitude of the webmaster, this program should be avoided. If you care about family values, I urge you to halt your membership and to delete the referral link from your website.
My usual mailing will be out in a few days.
Sincerely,
Marilynn

It seems that not too many people like Kris or his site. I think that webmasters should disclose that kind of information in their Terms of Service or in an email to members. Sorry that your kids were exposed to that garbage. I am glad that you are not a member of McCrawMail any more as you most likely would have been scammed in the end anyway!

We should spread this to all the forums about this. McGraw is getting way out of hand.

I don't like his site too... when he made all those changes I quit... There ought to be something you can do since I think you have to opt in for that kind of material.. He's probably breaking some kind of law. I would be mad as a snake and know how you feel cause I have three kids too and I do mine when the kids are up too... which is why I don't use those adult ptrp.

I think its outrageous, and totally disrespectful to his members. If he wanted to promote adult orientated material, there should be at least a warning, so that we can choose the content in which we wish to view. Letter Wealth has a seperate list, so the webmaster of that site is more than capable of doing the same. To have sites of this nature show up unexpectedly without a warning is wrong, and if his membership rules dont state that members must be at least 18 years old, he is supplying adult orientated material to under aged members, which in the UK is illegal I believe. Not sure about USA.
Check the terms to make sure. My sites have always been family friendly, and my only acception is gambling sites. Not pornographic. I talk on MSN to alot of people, and they say something like sorry, my kid just pressed a key. These people have children on their laps, whist at the computer. I would never want to explain to a 5 year old (or whatever age) about what they had just seen.
I will unsubscribe and stop promoting this immediately. I will be updating my redirection link to point to a page, where if you wish, you can have me display your email transcript.
If he is rude, over pennies, that doesnt really matter to me, but when it comes to material of this nature, and the response to comments made, then i'm sorry, this is one webmaster who needs to be driven out / closed down.

I don't belong to that PTR, but I just checked his "legal" area. You have to 13 or older to be a member - so he is supplying porn to children!!! ILLEGAL!!!!!! SOmeone needs to contact the proper authority with his TOS and the e-mails he's sending AND his response above...
What a Response
Breaking his own Terms
and everything else that has happend to mccraw
Just deleted my account and will remove his link from my Site shortly
no need to promote a terrible program whene there are so many good Sites out there.

Yes, it is against the law to provide porn to minors under 18, in some states in the US, it is illegal to provide porn under the age of 21. Just send your complaints to the FBI. This is more of a federal offense.

Yikes. I really didnt think someone would be that dumb, when I mentioned checking the terms, I figured they'd say 18, so I didnt check. Glad someone checked on that.
I wonder if he is aware of that.

I have some Law Enforcement friends who have told me these things on this issue on state and federal laws. That is why I know that this is a serious case that needs to be investigated into because it is criminally negligance on Kris's part.

The nerve of Kris to say that he will pursue people that try to cheat or scam him! He claims that he will send his "legal team" after you if you violate the terms. Maybe he needs to sic his "legal team" on himself. What a freaking stupid hypocrite! Kris McCraw is a sleazy business man who supplies porn to kids - his illegal activities and programs like McCrawMail should not be tolerated!

That last part isn't true. I went and looked at the page, and there were numerous mentions of sex videos and the like (the services they provide or whatever) on the front page. Much worse yet, if you click the highly-visible link in the center of the page, it takes you right to a page covered with the most triple-x-rated type of pictures and filthy words. (Yes, I clicked it out of curiosity, and yes, my kids were in bed!!!)

mmmhhh... porn, sex it's not really nice i understand Marilynn really well. myself don't have children i don't come from the states here the women or mans body is not so tabu (anything special) europe is more easy in that. but since that most of the members are from the states i understand the responses, i understand them really well wenn you have children walking around.
since i hate Mccraw because of his stupid contest i pushed dailly 300 links and the next day was standing only 80 or so. 1 his page don't work well, he has a really bad attitude. and sorry but i call him scum sorry for the word but boycot him it really sucks. i think he first need to know what he really wants before starting things i think he only thinks about himself and his income...

I don't think there's anything wrong with porn or sex either, sex is part of human nature, but it should only be for adults eyes. It's illegal to show children porn. I have a small child and I make sure I am not around her when I view sexual material.
Here, for everyone who still has McScum's e-mails, visit:

I never got any adult material from Paid2Read. I think some of these places let you chose what type of e-mails be sent to you.
