Please disregard this complaint. The Webmistress contacted me asn all is resolved. She is truly kind and I highly reccomened her program:)

I jsut got a reply to my compalint about logging in to Pocket Jingle. Even though I had been clciking and receiving emails for some time now all of a sufdden I got an eror message that my username or pasword was bad.

The Webmistress replied quickly and asked me if I confimered my email addy. I did. I signed up through the downline thread. Well guess what. I jsut got a reply and I quote "Here's your answer, although you aren't going to like it... sorry!

If you have further questions or things to add, please email or IM me. Why, rather than posting here, you could have PMed me, had you wanted to come to a resolution of your problem. What did you expect me to do? I forwarded your problem to John and sent you his reply. In case you were UNAWARE, John is the programmer. If he says your account was pending, then that's what I have to go on. That's why he cut and paste that little bit from your ftp file there, so I could see what he found. Gee, I have ESP, I can see that the 'pending' is a big lie and you had referrals before....

Do you have ANY idea how many people INSIST that they confirmed and DIDN'T? or who INSIST that their account isn't working when THEY HAVE TWO OR THREE AND DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE THEY HAD DONE THAT???

What, you expected me to go 'Oh My, she must need money, referrals, whatever, without researching it at all!' How am I supposed to know what has happened with your account????? Do you know WHEN the status changed? Do you know HOW MUCH YOU HAD IN REFERRALS AND EARNINGS? Do you log in regularly? If that is the case, then TELL ME THAT INFO, it would be helpful!

If you have documentation of your previous status or even would like to politely discuss, please do so.

My reply was NOT sarcastic, although I understand that you took it that way. I meant it sincerely: "you WEREN'T (and you didn't) going to like it, sorry!"

The other text in the message was from John and actually, I asked him not to delete the pending accounts, explaining that many CAC sites had a glitch that mysteriously switched people to pending and back for no apparent reason. So, he didn't.

What do you want me to do? Pull the information out of my nether parts? I get so many emails a day about these things my head spins and I have absolutely NO WAY of finding much of the information out.

You are the FIRST member who has publicly complained, most other members have emailed me back saying, no, you don't understand, I had a downline, etc, etc.

I believe I do my best with customer service and I honestly resent your criticism without constructive suggestions or communication to ME about your feelings.

So, now that you have publicly complained that I have no superpowers and cannot find any data BUT WHAT WAS IN THE SYSTEM BEFORE THE HOST MOVE and is there RIGHT NOW, what do YOU propose I do?

So, clarify your issue, whatever it is that transformed your previously active account to pending (although it has been pending according to the records since before 6/9) or with my response?

The pending thing IS a problem with CAC scripts and we don't know what it is. Other webmasters have mentioned it, it isn't PJ alone, I had thought that the problem would be resolved when we changed to php but obviously there are lingering problems.

We also lost about 20 accounts from PJ with the server move because of other glitches in the CAC scripts and duplicate accounts.

Believe me, I am not happy about it, but what can *I* do? It happens with every site, when I am made aware of it I research the problem and try and come to a resolution. I was by no means dismissing your problem, I was simply letting you know the information we had.

I would have to say that I have never had a problem with Brenda she always does everything she can to help anyone out rather they are a member of her program or not. She is one of the best webmistresses out there. I am sure if you would have emailed her or send a private message she would have tried to solve the problem.

I had a couple more things to add.

I do recall sending out info. on the pending glitch before in an email and on the Forum. If you don't read the emails, you may not get the info.

AND why didn't you post your problem in the PJ folder, someone else THERE may have your same problem! Go do that and perhaps we can figure out what is going on!

If what you really claim is true, ie you had an account with referrals and earnings, then it for sure is a mistake in the scripts and not done by the webmistress of PJ. She is much much more better in everything, and when it comes to payouts, she doesnot delete your account like other webmasters do.

No, I actually TRY to get people to payout, which I guess is weird, but heck, it's what the business is all about. Money Go Round.

i didnot mean you or PJ. By pain in the ###### I meant companies that delete your account when you are about to cashout, and mentioned two examples.

This must be a glitch in the script I have the same problem
every time I delete Pending accounts I get a bunch of emails from members who ask what happend to theire account and that they were not Pending.
I just lost my account to Gypsydad just whene I was close to Payout
now it says I have to confirm my account
I?ve written many emails to him askin him to check his Backup but never get an answer.
I know it?s not his fault but am dissapointed because my emails get Ignored.

Brenda answered your email wright away and also made some research to find out what happend

Is it really true that they give you a $50 signup bonus and you can cashout after you earn $10, so that when you earn $10 they would actually pay you $60?? Or am I misunderstanding the terms?

When you earn $10,they will pay you $10
You can get $50 sign-up bonus when you earn $250.

No, does not include signup bonus. You get the signup bonus when you have reached $250.00 in personal clickthrus.

Cashfiesta, you've got to chill out man.
They didn't delete your account on purpose.

Your account went pending due to the CAC glitch, it happens on tons if not all CAC site. Then when the owner went to delete the pending account, like she should and that webmasters regularly do, your account was deleted because it was pending.

AAAAAAAH! Well, I am at myecom now, so hopefully I will never delete pending accounts again. Only did it a couple times, then when the server switched John did, but dang, it still seems to be haunting us. How do we fix it so that members' accounts DON'T DO THAT??

Pocket Jingle has always been great to me. Sometiems sites have their problems. Brenda hs been sweet enough to reply quickly and deal with any and all problems. It has basically been service with a smile and a touch of down home hospitality.

I dont have a problem with PJ.. I got my account "Deleted" the other day,, but hey.. S*** happens.. what can brenda do to stop stuff like that when she had no control over it,,, *But now im thinking maybe it wasnt a server error cuz my paid explosion account suddenly went the other day ::Shrug:: nm though... to many paid emails as it is *

U gotta get on with life.. theres a difference between asking for input, and then persuing the matter "Maturly" (spelling but forget that) and then claiming the site is a "Scam" when the webmistress cant help it....

I am so sorry for Brenda!!! My sincerest apologies for msiunderstanding you email. To anyone reading this, Brenda has been more than kind to me and it was no fault of her own. I feel horrible. Again, I have never met a kinder owner than Brenda. I am plugging Pocket Jingel all the way at this point.
