5 days ago I purchased a paid ad to 1000 rapidmail4u members. I still have not received a comfirmation of when my ad will run and there are not stats set-up in my RM4U members area.
I purchased on Wed., on Thursday I used the contact form on the site make sure they had in fact received my ad. I did not get a reply. On Friday I emailed the webmaster directly to find out if he/she had recieved it and when it would run. Still no reply. I posted the question here in the forum in their section. No reply I think I have been very patient up until this point.
What recourse if any do I have? The ad was purchsed through paypal.
I used them in the past with excellent results which is why I went back.
