Weeks ago I redeemed for an ad. A ptc.
It has at no time been sent, and they are not answering to any of the contact mails I have written to them.
I wrote them once a week. Now I just want the redemption reversed, as the ad is already too old. Again I tried to contact them.... no surprise.. no repsonse.
This is not the way to do business my friends.

She's been running the program by herself and there are 20,000 members, so things take a little while for her to catch up. But once the ads finally run, the results are usually worth the wait 
Edited to add: You could also try her forum. She does answer questions posted there. April Golds Forum. And she works really hard to accommodate her members, so if you go there and ask nicely I'm sure she could reverse the ad redemption for you.

20,000 members running it all by herself.
I'd love to know how in the world someone can keep up with such a large database by theirselves.I guess you should feel lucky if you don't have to wait months for your ads.
It shouldnt be needed to visit her forum to get an answer... thats why the contact option is there.
She should hire a helper if she cant keep up...
If she cant keep up thats in no way my fault, but i am the one not getting my ads out in time. That I cannot use.... To me that shows the site isnt worth much.

Actually she just hired a helper, and I think she's looking for more . I'm merely suggesting that I think that you'll have better luck getting it resolved quicker if you visit her forum first since she hasn't gotten to your emails yet. Personally I've been very happy with the ad results I've gotten there, and the one time I marked an ad as "Urgent" she sent it quickly. Otherwise, it's first come, first serve. Besides, I'm still waiting for my recent ads too, lol

I am April Gold's new helper, and I am only helping with her Go Mama's Forum. I am not helping her send out emails or anything like that. I just wanted to clear that up in case some of you thought otherwise.

As fellow member risthe suggested you should consider asking your questions at her Forum because she does answer them as often as she can and maybe I can also be of assistance.
edited to add: If your ad has not been sent out most likely it will be soon, if not make sure to contact April at her site and she will reply as soon as she can. Please keep in mind she does have almost 20,000 members so please be patient.
