She recieved her 1st payment even after I requested my 2nd payment, so I am very sure she requested her 2nd payment after me. I asked you why but you chosen to ignore.

You had requested your payment on April 1st. I had requested my payment in the first week of March. I have asked about my payment one week ago and this was his answer:

You will be paid when it is your turn.

Kris is a big liar & commits fraudulent actions, nobody should trust him anymore.

Funny (not "funny ha-ha", though) how there are at least 2 accounts on gptboycott.com of Kris paying 2 different people who didn't even REQUEST payment, and hadn't gotten anywhere near minimum payout...they were each at like 6 or 7 dollars or something. What the @#$%^ is he playing at???

Unfortunately as members, there are only two things to do. You can either put up with it or cancel your account.
I guess i will put up with it, but don't count on me supporting any of mccrawmail's advertisers.

Nope, yours is not valid. You have only $1.23, of course you will not be paid. I remember vividly that Kris already stated clearly that you will not be paid if you have less than $25 after the referral level structure decrease.
I will be rather busy these few days, no more moderating of downline builder for this week, today I will submit the complain to PayPal about McCrawMail's dishonesty, not making due payments, fraudulent actions & cancelling payment requests. Such fraudulent actions by him can not be tolerated, I will not wait for my money anymore.

I have requested my payment more than 80 days ago (about March 7th) and I'm still waiting Then, I click paid links but when I watch my stats my earnings decrase because I'm loosing many referrals. Last month I had 42$ in my account, I checked after 15 days and I had 12$, last week I had 9$ and now I have 1.23$ !!!

He ought to be paid for the amount that he had when he requested payment, not for the $1.23 or whatever to which he had been decreased later! At least, that's how any honest businessman would do it.

Make sure you really state what bad and illegal things he is doing to PayPal, then they will freeze his account.
And believe me...
That is the WORST feeling any paid to read webmatser can feel.

Not enough character spaces left to tell PayPal so much. All I want is get PayPal to force Kris to give me my money, just submitted my Complaint of Non-Payment at Topic -> BillPay -> SubTopic -> Non-Payment.

If you really want to hurt him you can always call PayPal and go to the buyers protection section and talk to someone there:

I will pay you as soon as there is money to do so. If there are no ad sales I can't pay you. So un till this situation has changed it will be as soon as possible.

Did you tell him you only have $1.23 now? The previous minimium is also $10. I think he didn't know you have less than $10.
Anyway he's not reliable.

I'm glad I paid Family Affair when he requested funds, he sounds really ticked off.
Hope you guys have some luck in getting this sorted out in your favor.

I'm glad you did too...we don't need an extra-ticked-off FamilyAffair moderating here! hehe
But seriously, I cannot blame him one bit. He has every right to be angry--his and many others' rights have been violated by McCraw. It is shameful.

lol... don't worry. Well put yourself in my shoes if you consider $56 quite alot, I am sure you will be more or less displeased as well.
I am not fussy about waiting longer but...
For me, the most ticked off is not the waiting time, instead it is not being treated fairly & then getting ignored, Kris paid my upline again (who made no/not much effort to promote) when it is me & my downline putting the effort to promote McCrawMail.
He really shouldn't use our $5000 members earning to do other stuffs, delaying payments for longer than stated in his TOS.

Ummm, by the way...if you wanna get even angrier, go here and see to what purpose he put the $5000 (thanks to Earners at gptboycott for pointing it out):
