where do I get a search banner to upload from for putting a PTS ad?

do I have to make it? how about the animated ones??

I've had these bookmarked to check out. They're places where you can make banners for free, but I've never used them, so I can't tell you if they're any good. (Some day I'll find the time to check all this stuff out, I swear I will. I'm not just bookmarking all this dren for nothing, really I'm not. )

I also found a package that makes banners for free. I havent tried it out yet. The name is Banner-Maker and its from http://www.banner-maker.net.
