I am really confused --the comp is now only making payouts to esmartpay..
and i dont no how to handle this..

and now surf-n-cash changed owners and esmartpay is gone with $87 of my money NICE i 'm hopeing esmartpay come back does anyone have an email address from them i can't fine one

esmartpay hmm i have send verification materials to them fotocopies and more ..
i have mailed them several times--but no feedback..
About the owner change i am looking forward it looks like things will go smoother..
