HELP!!!!!
I paid for an email account that I could access from my email client, and I've been forwarding all my ptr emails to that account.
My username at most of your sites is songdove@excite.com. Or just the first part of that. Now I respect that you all say that if an email bounces once, 7 times, or so many times in a month, that you will delete the account.
This time, if my emails are bouncing, its not my fault. I haven't been able to access my paid email account from my email client since around 2pm pacific time and it is now almost 11pm pacific time. An hour ago I tried to log in to the web access for the account and can't gain access to the server.
I halted the email forwarding from my excite account and now I should be getting email ok. But I am concerned that all email sent from 2pm to 10pm may have bounced.
Those of you webmasters that delete after one bounce, could you spare me??? I understand that you are sick and tired of bounced emails. But this time its a server problem, not a topped out account problem.
If I had harvested all your support emails, I would have sent out a massive bulk email to all of you to let you know this. But I'm a member of over 300 ptr's so that would be a big email for me.
I hope I've posted this in the right area, and that you read this before you delete my account. I'm pleading with you. Spare my account due to whatever caused the server malfunction.
