Grrrr, finally I'm hacked. Well he won't get rich from me I just tagged all bubbles so there was only $1.93 in my account. Beware if you see that e-gold number, it's a common thieve.

I never click on emails and I didn't notice any
strang things. I'm into bubbles for a few months and that's going fine. I
regularly clean my pc from spyware and I use ad-aware and spyhunter (and of
course Norton Anti virus which I regularly update and a firewall as well). I
had no problems in logging into my account and I could change my password
(which I immidate did of course). I've never spend E-Gold on a shopping
page, I only use my E-Gold for my bubbles and randomizers.

Still kota12 e-gold managed to hack me this big boy that ripped me for this huge amount, lol.

09:05 Payment Made 32491540 Gold -0.004701 406811 0.004701 oz 410.10
To: kota12 e-gold

I certainly did not make that payment. But I do think there's something strange about this transaction:
Instead of an amount there is 0.004701 oz entered as amount, I've never
seen that before.

Ok folks, be warned. I'm going on a ski vacation tomorrow, be back in 2 weeks biggrin.gif

The scammer only added the amount 0.004701 oz, so he/she could get every penny out of your account. Sad mad.gif

Sometimes youll have like $.258372 in your account and it shows $.26 and he wanted to get it all and quick so he entered the exact weight of the gold in your account.

Be sure to contact e-gold too. They will put a freeze on that account.

It surprises me some of the older egold #s that are being used to hack.
They've had them for some time, this one my guess over a year and a half.
Maybe they were dormant accounts but it does seem odd.

yep, makes me wonder how much attention E-Gold pays....I contacted them, hope they will do something about that account.

Still very strange, how did he know the exact amount and why bother for a lousy $1.93

did you receive an email from egold@no-reply.com? If you did this would be the way that you lost your egold. It says something along the lines of update your info or do something like pay this guy 1cent and you get something for it. All you are doing is telling him your egold password. If this has happened egold will not pay you becase in thier terms they rattle on about checking for the secure signs like https and the pad lock and this email scam they are not present. If it is bubble games can u let me know which site is run by the corrupted.

Generally, the first account a person steals is then used to move funds fom an account he just recently entered. Then he doesnt risk his personal info, and it cant be traced back to him.

He knew the exact amount because he copiedd down how much in ounces of gold you had. Then when he went to send funds he put in the weight and sent it. Thus extracting 100% of the gold in your account.
