I paid 25.00 for a 20 cent daily link for 31 days.

I have written numerous times plus sent PM's to the owner and he promised that he would not miss any more sending out my emails.


well #8 and #10 were both qued on the 19th with 0 hits still.

and today is now the 21st. and so there should have been 21 days of daily links sent out already.

however, there have been only 8 emails sent out in 21 days and this is not a daily.

So, i'm now putting in a complaint with paypal because i have had it up to here with promises being made and broken.

i'm stuck someplace but will be back home sometime tomorrow.

if anybody is in fun-bucks, i've been gone since Thursday for a good reason.

anyways, i am now putting in a complaint with paypal and reversing payment for 25.00.

Yeah...I've redeemed for 3 ads about 2 or 3 weeks ago and only seen 1 of them. I have tried to email them also, but no luck. One of my ads has been sent (10c to all) so far only 1,007 clicks.My other 2 ads (5c to all) has been on my advertising Stats page since the 16th, but haven't seen an email for them. What is up with Tigerads?

Yes I know I love tigerads I have defended it till the cows come home when John had it but since he left it hasn't been the same redemtions not filled and then are removed without being fufilled as well as funds being taken away from our accounts and no redemtions I sent in for the $500.00 dollar redemtion and I recived NOTHING yet my account was debited the $500.00 so It is very madning and frustrating. I also sent emails that have gone unanswered I hope it gets better.

My redemption ads have been in que for 3 days and I've yet to see it and still has zero clicks. I think I may have received one paid email yesterday.

There really seems to be a problem. I don't quite understand why a place with 14,000+ members aren't having all these problems, yet one with under 5,000 is?

I know dookie happens, but you have to keep the faith of your members, and one way of doing this is by notifying them with progress, problems. Otherwise, they might just walk off and leave you. I for one, think I am done clicking until I see something positive, like my ad, some clicks in my stats, or word of what is going on, and when to expect some results.

I don't know about the rest of ya'll, but I'm tired of wasting my time, for pennies or ads only to end up being cheated and put off. When all is said and done, I will end up with very few programs to do, the old old programs there from the beginning...My Points, Milesource, and Memolink, and Memo is just about on my doodoo list too!

that last night me and mac were doing redemptions till 3 in the morning *yawn*


we did about 600 of them



and there are over 200 emails in queue to be sent out, we are sending them a few at a time so the mailer doesn't crash.


also we have taken down the redemptions page temporarily for a few hours so we can catch up on all old redemptions before new ones pour in.

we are very sorry for the delay and are working as hard and as fast as possible.

we are planning on putting in another 10-12 hours each on the site to get it all done by tonight

again, sorry for the delay, and if u could just give us a few more hours we'd really appreciate it.

This is why I think a limit of like 5 redemptions a week should be a new thing they do, to keep the workload down. I redeemed for 3 ads, so I'm hoping mine were part of the 600 or are part of the next that are being done. I'm as anxious as everyone else - but I didn't do search ads at least.

Ok, I have a question for you all: Why is it that every email I get from tigersads the subject of the email says 15 cent solo or something like that, and on the timer it says you will recieve 10 cents once you visit this sponser site for 30 seconds.

Well for me the worst is when you pay cash for an ad sent out daily like I did and you have only seen it maybe 10 times tops this whole month

NO offense but I think cash ads should be a priority but it doesnt seem to be happening that way

I hate to say it, but I put in my redeemption like over two and a half weeks ago and it's not even up in my advertising stats.

I think that alot of people are feeling that tigerads was good in the begining, but has gone down hill since then.
If our ads don't go out faster, I am going to have to unsubscribe.

If you are advertising a new company and you put in an ad at tigerads and have to wait three weeks for it to even be posted in your advertising stats, that new company is no longer new anymore and everyone who wanted to signup has done so already and no one will signup under you once the company is old. The people that did the advertising feel like they have failed.
Yeah, Mac has said that he has this new program that will automatically send the ads out as soon as people redeem, but it looks like that isn't going to happen!

I'm begining to not like tigerads as much i just have one ref so can't redem for much and my little ad i requested a while ago isn't even in the ad stats and i'm only been getting a few emails.

The site inbox only has 25 emails in it and that covers 3 days worth anybody else only been getting just a few emails they said they sent out a lot but i've yet to see them.

I haven't been getting very many emails from them either lately. My ad that I redeemed for over 2 weeks ago is in my ad stats, but no clicks yet. I feel bad for the original poster of this thread who actually paid for ads that aren't being sent out on time. I'm so glad I haven't spent money with this program. Sorry, but if you can't get ads out on time, and you're an ads-only program, then what is the point?

Out of 69 ads I had in my inbox this morning not one of them was mine. I have been waiting over two weeks and when I email you all I get no answer. Sorry, but I unsubscribed. I can't deal with this for the next however long. I am gone from Tigerads.

This is why I like that EARN4Ads LIMITS the amount of ads you can redeem for. Would we be having this mess if TigersAds would possibly put a limt? I just ask for a limit of 10 ads a month, that's pretty reasonable.

I was having the same problem (mails were said to have been sent, but I didn't get much), and there is a good excuse for it! LOL. I promise! I moaned a bit about the same thing and was worried, but, this is kinda what is happening (well, it was with the last time it happened)...

There are 50 mails to be sent out.... The mails get sent in order, 50 go to #1, 50 go to # 2, 50 go to #3 etc, etc, etc.

Plus, with all of these mails, it puts a major strain on the server and takes up a lot of resources!

I was so worried because people were saying that got a ton of mail and I had still yet to get anything from them! But basically, when there are so many mails like that, it really slows things down, especially in that volume!

I know that everyone is mad, but look... you can't have your cake and eat it too! I understand you're upset b/c the ads haven't went out, yet, you get mad b/c they aren't answering emails andcoming to the forum for updates? LOL

See what I mean? It doesn't make sense. I personally feel that all of the pending redemptions and ads that have to go up should go up, then, when that is all caught up, let them take a few days to figure out what their plans are gonna be in delaing with this efficiently.

I'm sure that this has been quite overwhelming, but when I started doing PTRS, these types of sites would never go over well, as the interest just wasn't there!

Try to keep this is mind. And just because you received a mail today, doesn't necessarily mean that it was sent today!

Search ads are sent to EVERYONE, however you are by no means required to search/click/etc., but occasionally, please share the same respect for other advertisers, as you'd like yourself.

At least you can redeem....I can never catch that darned window open! I've written through the contact us button, but no response to date.

I have $88 in there with very few referrals...and I can't spend it!

Helen, we've taken down the redemption page for the past few days, to let the mailer catch up. When we reopen it (later tonight most likely), it will include more redemption options, but less options for emails (unless they're shared), the prices for PTCs, impressions, etc. will be lowered, that way we can balance out that and the options for emails.

I recall having said something about this issue in another thread about a week ago, but I'll say it again.

You can't send out that much email at once. Queue them up all day long if you want to, but only click the send button on no more than 5 at a time. Let those 5 send out completely. Then hit send on another 5.

Back in the day, I queued up and sent out something like 70 paid emails. Lucidity's upstream shut me down for suspecting spamming, and I got a stern warning from Cynthia. Not only does one's program become suspect, but it causes so much strain on the server that it's not even funny.

If your host doesn't suggest something similar to what I've just said, then I don't know what more to tell you...

I tried that method, however, I'm not on enough to just sit there and hit send So via that method, it would take even longer
