I have requested payment over 1 month ago, sent two emails, NO PAYMENT NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS!

I bought paid emails at rapidmail4u, i recived no information about them even after some contacts, when i finaly got an answer they said my ads was sent, but my advertising stats said nothing about any ad at all.
It seems they belive their members are extremly stupid.
