I'm looking at these two posts below that were blatant advertising. A mod seems to have moved them to a forum that allows advertising... However the post remains here and clickable... Meaning there's no penalty for shamelessly advertising in the wrong place?
It is possible they were also warned - there would be no way for others to know about it. 
One way or another the guys post is still alive at GetPaidForum and there is an active link to it where he originally posted it. That's free advertising.

I agree - maybe it would be better if ad posts outside advertising folder were just deleted. But I guess we don't make the rules

i totally agree with you
Case in point... He's posted both ads again (hours ago) and they haven't been removed yet.
