Here's my current list. Which ones do you think I should drop ?

Are there some programs that I NEED to join, just like anniez-biz and cashmailcart, which are of very good quality ? (no ref links in PM please, I'll go in the downline)

Annies-biz is a keep for sure, even though their server is so slow lately.
How in the world you find the time to click all the emails from those programs?

why should he keep opt-in-pays, I would say drop that one because I go the site and there are no paying links there and i never get any emails.

depending on how much time you like to spent on this?
personally no more than one hour per day, enjoy life but not enjoy clicking
optin pays has not much links and i dont see much links in the future so maybe drop that (i did )

Also check out mec-co-op, I have nothing but praise for them, reach payout monthly without referals (10.00), I'm sure there'll be a link in the downlide builder. Just make sure you read the rules, I believe they've changed & you need more posts before you can post there.

You don't need a minimum of posts to use the downline builder, you can use it directly after joining
