Here,is some babbeling that was sent out...note #'s at bottem (the first email they sent had many names in it that they should never have sent out) (past member names, complaints, excuses)

Dear XXXXXXX XXXXX

Please understand that in light of ahMoola.com and
ahMoola Network's most recent email to you whereby
we divulged certain informations regarding our 'tracking
service provider', etc..., that they have the ability to,
at any time, to discontinue your access to your ahMoola
account and stats, etc...

ahMoola.com has absolutely no control over this.
However, if, in the event this happens to you, please
be patient and know that we are in the process of transferring
our database to another 'tracking service provider'. And, we
will keep you updated to the latest information, regardless if
we have to pay for temporary mailing list services and or other.
We will not leave any of you 'in the dark'!

Please know that it took a great amount of resolve and
risk to inform you of the simple "truth" regarding ahMoola.com
and it's 'tracking service provider'.

ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network resolves to no longer
keep any member without relevant information, regardless of
it's good, bad or indifference. ahMoola.com somehow strayed
from these simple and basic values that made us so great,
when we entered into contract and agreement with a much
larger company.

Please forgive us, and accept our most sincerest apologies in
our most costly lessons in "loyalty", "membership" and "balance".

YOU are our greatest and most valued asset! We somehow,
somewhere, along the line, in attempting to achieve 'corporate
success',
lost our focus and our "value" of our most valued asset - YOU!

It is with shame and regret that we, ahMoola.com and ahMoola
Network, now sit down at your dinner table and tell you that we are
not different than you, in fact, "we" are you. Please, again accept
our
most sincerest apologies for our 'so out-of-line' thinking in our
allowance
of our 'tracking service provider' to 'run us' and convince us
otherwise.

We, together since 2000, have accomplished some pretty neat things,
no doubt! However, when something went wrong, we failed you, by
way of not properly informing you of the situation. We thought you
wouldn't
understand, we "thought" wrong. A simple and honest explanation was
all you really needed or wanted.

Never-the-less, things escalated into your not "trusting us", etc...,
We now
know that we've made some pretty lame mistakes. Afterall, we hope that
you'll understand too, that we are only human. Corporate status and/or
similiar just doesn't fit with ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network. We are
now
willing to admit this. Despite such, since we are still unwilling to
"sacrifice"
for this "corporate status", we are very comfortable in simply being a
professional business with each member in mind.

We can only hope and ask that you bear with us while we attempt to
resolve issues with our 'tracking service provider"
(affiliatetracking.net and
trackingsoft.com). You may not like or agree with certain things,
however,
we promise to keep you informed, updated and be candid.

Did you happen to catch the phone numbers they left on the tail os the second e-mail which is posted above?

What the Hey,,, Here is the first e-mail that they sent before the one posted above...They only sent these to their so called (members).

By the way,I did call them and got an actual person...He took my name and number and said he would give it to his boss (over a week ago) like they would actually reply

Call them, Fax them, they took your money and time...return the favor....

Network have been under scrutiny and discord for the past
several month, despite our countless attempt to seek rememdy
with out 'tracking service provider" (trackingsoft.com).

Because we feel that you, as a valued and loyal member of
ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network, we have decided, regardless
of the fall-out that may occur, that you are entitled to at least
the "truth".

The following is an email from AffiliateTracking.net/TrackingSoft.com,
regarding accounts, past balances, etc... We promise and intend to
continue, from here on out, all information, disclosure, etc...

We here at ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network only hope that by
these drastic actions, will our membership be notified and be informed
of ALL issues, rather than those of bias.

Becky:

In this mailing, as stated previously, I am documenting each complaint
that I have received over the past several months in the interest of
follow up or explanation. I will list them in reverse chronological
order.

1) Brian Feely (19533) States in an email on 5/8/02 that he is due
about $2200. In a follow up email on 6/3/02 , he says his account was
removed without explanation. We verified that the account was, indeed,
removed.

2) Jerry Mathis states on 5/8/02 that he hasn't been paid since October
2001.

3) Bernadette Balcsik states in an email on 5/3/02 that she has not
been paid since 2001. I noted that she has a payment listed in your batch
report. Is that payment to date or is she still due?

4) Chadi Boukarroum says on 5/2/02 that he has yet to be paid.

5) On 3/23/02 Victor, ID 26746, says referral links are not working.

6) Melanie Canter 66646, complains of nonpayment on 3/16/02

7) Fred Hannah states very vehemently on 3/8/02 that "This
company specifically said in E-MAIL that it was paying ALL of it's
members...then went about saying they weren't by hiding behind an
excuse of
"Beta testing", and not reaching minimum payout.They specifically
stated that members who didn't make the minimum payment threshold would be
paid by Feb 28th...and then went back on it."

8) Cindy Perry tried for over a month, beginning on Jan 9, 2002 to get
in touch with ahMoola, no response was ever received.

9) John Zawacki also tried in vain on 1/2/02 to reach ahMoola
concerning a payment issue.

10) Was PennMedia paid up? They had tried to reach you on several
occasions concerning payment in July of 2001.

Manu's complaints will be addressed via the thread she has already
started.

The biggest complaint has been nonpayment. More or less, I feel, due
to your change in rewards and your vague explanations as to why the
change occurred and how it would affect your affiliates' earnings and
payouts. You have also told them that they would all (regardless of minimum
payout) be paid up for previously earned commissions by 2/28/02. That,
according to some affiliates, did not happen.

I also note in the batch report, that there are payouts below $25.
Have you changed your payment terms again?

Please clarify each issue above. Once your responses are received , we
will make a determination on your account.

1) 19533 (Brian Feeley): Either he requested to be "removed" or
"removed
himself" or was "reported for spam. However, this member was most
recently paid and
awarded: 3/8/02 - $50.00 Instant Winner Cash, 3/22/02 - $200.00 in
Advertising
Instant Winner Rewards, 5/3/02 - $10.00 Instant Winner Cash. This
account is
current and up to date. I have "restored" this account because we
can't determine
if he or we, due to "request for removal" or "spam reporting" were the
reason/s
for this account becoming inactive.

This member's claim of being owed $2200.00 is completely and without a
doubt,
unfounded and incorrect. His POINTS may reflect 2200.00, but POINTS,
when
converted to cash becomes a respective amount. POINT VALUE is found
at:
http://www.ahmoola.com/pointvalue.html. In fact, prior to these listed
payment and rewards to this member, several prior payments have been
made.
Upon your request, we'll search payment history prior to these most
current
payments and rewards. Unresolved payment issues for '2001 will be
explained
at the end of this email.

2) 36328 (Jerry Mathis). Since his last payment in Oct. 2001, this
member
earned an additional PTS 1251.90, which is/was equal to: $1.25 U.S.
This
member hasn't received payment because he didn't reach the minimum
payout,
at that time, of $25.00. Unresolved payment issues for '2001 will be
explained
at the end of this email.

3) 36543 (Bernadette Balcisik) $5.00 Instant Winner Cash on 5/21/02.
This
account is current and paid beginning '2002. Unresolved payment issues
for
'2001 will be explained at the end of this email.

4) 19306 (Chadi bou karroum) was last payed $25.00 (3/29/02) Instant
Cash
Winner. Any/all unresolved payment issues for '2001 will be explained
at
the end of this email.

5) If/and or when "referral links" are not working, it is always due
to
affiliatetracking.net and not ahMoola.com.


6) 66646 Melanie Canter (with a "deleted account" status"), first of
all,
forfeits any/all earnings upon their "removal" of membership. However,
in order to view this member's account, I "restored" this account.
This member earned 189.89 points during 2001. This is equal to $.19
U.S.
This member wasn't paid because they didn't reach, at that time, the
minimum balance of $25.00 U.S. This member clicked on 83 emails, with
no referrals during the entire year of '2001. During '2002, this
member
has earned 740.61 POINTS. And, before this member removed themselves,
they would've received '2002 First Quarter Payment in the amount of
$0.74 U.S.

7) ahMoola.com nor ahMoola Network company does NOT "hide" behind
anything.
Following are a few of the email correspondence between your company
and ahMoola.com regarding, "inflated accounts", "thousands of bogus
accounts", "cheating", etc... What happened during this time was that
it seemed ahMoola.com was paying out way more than we were bringing
in. This is what prompted us to question our tracking service provider
- YOU.

I do specifically recall Vlad and I having to delete thousands of bogus
new accounts, etc..., this became so out hand. Even when we provided
ISPs, etc... Ultimately, since this situation effected most all
accounts
and balances, etc..., ahMoola.com was left with no choice but to modify
somehow account earnings and balances, since we could never find out
from your company all of the specific accounts that were affected.
Although
these issues were clearly brought to your attention, utimately is was
us,
ahMoola.com that had to modify and justify, etc...

Now that your email boxes are full of complaints and so forth, does
your
company now pay attention. However, you've instead put ahMoola.com
under investigation or whatever. Well, it's been no comfort to us that
we've already paid out to accounts that were not legitimate. Which is
is the main reason ahMoola.com went a whole month without any
transactions.
We did this in order to try and find some kind of resolve, and no
thanks to
your company.

ahMoola.com and it's members were completely satisfied up until the
time
a breach in YOUR security occurred. Since then, it's been nothing but
mass-
confusion and head-ache. To make matters even worse, your company now
has the odacity to blame us.

Furthermore, none of you have obviously bothered to actually READ nor
familiarize
yourselves with ahMoola.com's operations, policies, etc... and yet you
email us
with these "complaints", "concerns" and whatevers, in which if you had,
you wouldn't
waste your time nor ours.

I just happened to think of our phone conversation
where you informed me that your company "emailed"
my membership without my knowledge nor consent,
in order for your personal gain of polling and or otherwise.

I am not comfortable with this act and see it as your
"stealing" my membership email list for your personal gain,
advertisement, or otherwise. Regardless, this is "stealing"
any way you want to see it or add it up.

I can assure you that I have never paid my monthly fees
in order that I would I ever agree to such, nor have I, nor would
I ever agree, nor have I ever agreed to such a practice.

Your company is totally "out-of-line". Especially, since I have
brought the issue of "bogus accounts", "cheating" and "unrealistic
account balances" to your attention in the most recent past,
repeatedly.
Your company simply ignored me and refused to help me.

This is totally unacceptable. The start of all the confusion regarding
account balances, unpaid, etc... all stem from your companies'
inability
to ensure security and accurate tracking, and other...

I do not have the time, nor the inclination to go into all details of
your
companies' responsibilities. However, I will tell you that
your attention to these matters only come 9 to 12 months too late.

Furthermore, ahMoola.com intends to seek remedy for several matters,
among, including, your companies' illegal use of ahMoola.com's
membership
list for your own personal knowledge, advertisement, gain or otherwise.
This is/was totally outside your scope.

Also, you are hereby formally informed that you are NOT to have direct
correspondence with any ahMoola.com Members, by way of email or
otherwise. You are to direct them to contact@ahmoola.com for sole
remedy of any/all inquires, etc... Never, have we ever, authorized
your
company to entertain, remedy, etc..., any of ahMoola.com's members
by way of email or otherwise.

For hire, your companies' sole responsibility is to provide services
and to the extent I agreed to only. Where your company feels entitled
otherwise, is terribly mistaken, and I will no longer tolerate such.

You can thereby continue to provide services, as paid for since the
last
payment of $295.00 or return these funds and cancel this account.

None-the-less, upon expiration of services from the last payment of
$295.00,
I insist that you cancel this account and cease your services and
payment.

Your company is terribly under the impression that they "run" something
more than there "services provided". If any of you happened to
actually
READ and SEE all the information provided on ahMoola.com, rather soley
worrying about your own reputations before having done so, you'd stop
directing your "job scared" bull-crap at ahMoola.com.

Your company, in fact, has left ahMoola.com with an unbelievable
amount of confusion, error, etc..., to say the least. Yet, when, only
when, your email boxes are full, do any of you take notice! Too
ironic.
Then you have the odacity to insinuate that ahMoola.com is practicing
unfair, fraudulent and/or otherwise.

We've been trying to "clean-up" your "screw-up" all along. And yet, we
end up looking like the ######. However, it is your company that has
screwed things up. We've emails and documentation related, however,
we don't feel it in our best interest to forward anything to you at
this
time. This is due to the fact that you've put ahMoola.com under your
"investigation" process or whatever. Clearly, you've never bothered to
FIRST contact us. And this "supposed" email from Craig, well, I have
documentation regarding this also, in that, ahMoola.com NEVER received
such.

In conclusion, I, as the owner of ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network, can
tell you that MY one-by-one earned membership will somehow, in the end,
be compensated for your companies' inadequacies - one way or another.

You talk of "helping us to turn ahMoola.com around". ahMoola.com
wouldn't
be in this predicament if your company were more concerned with
providing its
services, security, etc... as claimed. It is not ahMoola.com who has
left
your company trying to protect its reputation, in fact, it's
ahMoola.com who
is left trying to protect its reputation due to your companies'
inadequacies.

None-the-less, I and ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network are completely
done with your bogus inquiries, etc..., since it's obvious none of you
have
even been to ahMoola.com, where if you were, you'd find most all of
your
answers to your "bogus investigation" inquires found.

Furthermore, your services by way of contract, in no way, shape nor
form, allow your company to ever use my mailing list for your own
personal polling, advertising, etc... yet by way of your own admission
did you, Mandy, admit to me that your company did so.

Your company has one of two choices. That is to either 1) honor your
terms of service and contract agreements or 2) Don't.

Either way, at this time, ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network has been
greatly effected by your actions and "lack-thereof".

If your company is so inclined to offer such a solution for
compensation
for any/all outstanding member payments for end '2001, by all means,
we welcome your input. Otherwise, if your focus is to make ahMoola.com
and ahMoola Network your "fall-guy", forget it. We will certainly
defend
ourselves and to the fullest extent of the law.

Ya know, personally, before I'd go accusing any company of anything,
I'd make ###### sure I read each and every word provided on their web
site.
I'd further make sure that I'd at least first seek response to any/all
questions I might have, BEFORE shooting of my mouth. Why has your
company NOT ever attempted either or to do so?

To play "hard ball". This should be a term that your company can
easily
identify with. If not, "hard ball" means, give us your best shot and
we'll
return ours. And don't think, for a moment that your company is
without
fault or responsibility.

What I personally, as the owner of ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network,
resent is the fact that none of you, NONE, have ever bothered to
contact
me with any concerns of anything. Yet when I attempted on several
occasions
to contact your company regarding such issues, I could only get a
half-response
from Vlad, who admitts that he barely speaks English. Go figure.

And, if your company thinks that even for a moment ahMoola.com and
ahMoola Network won't devuldge such information, you are badly
mistaken.
We will and without hesitation. Because, see, ahMoola.com and ahMoola
Network were successful and so forth, continuously, up until the time
your
tracking methods and security failed. Your company will not hold us
responsible
for your mistakes, etc... Should your company continue to fail to
recognize
such, that is fine. We will do exactly what we have to do, and by
rights,
in order to survive. However, we will not allow your company to
continue
to blame us for your inadequacies, whereby you have caused ahMoola.com
and ahMoola Network a vast amount of turmoil.

A solution by your company, at this time, may or may not be accepted.
Guess you'd better get this email to those in "decision making" power,
Mandy.

Mandy, please don't continue to make a complete ignorant fool of
yourself
by your continued inquires that can be easily found publically on:
http://www.ahmoola.com and all of the related links provided. Educate
yourself before making a continued "fool of yourself".

Your companies' actions and lack-thereof, along with blatant ignorance
will no longer be tolerated by ahMoola.com or ahMoola Network.

Keep in mind, however, ahMoola.com and ahMoola Network holds your
company liable and responsible for all terms of service and contract
agreements.

Again, you can either refund this last payment of $295.00 and cease
and desist. Or your company can continue to provide services, etc...,
based upon this last payment of $295.00 until it expires. And at which
time, you are hereby, formally informed that we no longer wish to renew
another month's services and that you are not authorized to attempt to
bill ahMoola.com or ahMoola Network for such. Our contract and service
agreements related, regardless, cease ultimately at the end of the
expiration
of services provided from the last payment of $295.00.

That is, unless your company offers to resolve otherwise.

you know it's not fair to the people that were listed to have their problems posted on this forum... That's why I posted this in the news forum but didn't post the individual people's name. It's bad enough that all the members got to see this than for the whole forum to see this..
