maybe you should first check out the Praises and Applause folder to see what companys are paying... and than go to the downline builder and sign up... so you can get easy referrals.
some good programs with no min. payout are
Opt-in-Pays and Links2Cash. Tasias i also a good program and they pay... so maybe you should spend some time to look around in the forum.

opt-in-pays and links2cash are always good.. tasias is also a really good program.. i personally like the email club .. matrixmails.. mailtornado.. and there are some good search engines... if you want some more information about the progams let me know PM me or post here.. hope more members will post here to help you

Fiesta..can't remember - best bet is to go to www.google.com, and type in 'paid to surf', then take a good look at the availables, and sift the wheat from the chaff!

Of these, I prefer Degoo, and Bronze Cash as you get more for surfing less hours!
