I am not a member of mec. However from reading all the posts if it says all emails will be paid, then if this one was not it is spam. However, if she paid all of her members money for this email then it would be considered a paid ad just like everyone else sends out. So my question was this a paid ad and do her terms specifically say "All Emails will be paid"?

No, the tos does not say every mail will be paid, it says that every PAID mail will be worth at least 1 cent.

No, she has sent many non-paying e-mails like advertisement specials and all that. Alot of owners send these types of things. If so, we can also say everybody is guilty of sending spamming paid searches since they are not really considered pay e-mails.

I accept that she was concerned that i was cheating Fred.

It wasn't my words. That e-mail was composed by my upline for me, i did a copy/paste. A certain phrase in brackets () was supposed to be for my ears and easily interpreted as me asking people to take a 2nd account under me even though they were already members.

It was supposed to be edited out, but i didn't know.

I was in a hurry, and assumed my upline gave me something correct and didn't bother to read it in it's entirety before sending it out.

That's what Caroline was really objecting to, she thought i was cheating Fred, and was defending him as you guys/gals are defending me.

Caroline realizes i wasn't spamming, the whole topic of spam was more in anger. The real issue was that she thought i was cheating Fred, and she's very loyal to him.

So let's please drop this here and now.

Caroline and I have exchanged e-mails 2-3 times or more daily for the past 2 days.

She's bent over backwards to help me understand 1heluva better, even though i'm not in her downline.

She's made some great suggestions for promoting, but we think alike and i had already thought of her suggestion and sent out an e-mail about my offer before she wrote me.

Anyway, we've become pretty good friends from this, just as Poncer and I have even though he posted accusing me of being a Scam etc.


So now poncer and i have straightened out our differences and he's defending me.............LOL
