I went to read one of their paid e.mails, and I got an "error 404", so I just went to www.downsizedivadollars.com and got this error message from the host:

This domain has been suspended !

Possible reasons for suspension are:
Terms of Service Violation
Renewal Billing Failure
Detections of Fraud
------------------------------------------------

Anybody know what's up?

I had a mail earlier from them (didn't save it) that it was a bandwidth issue and they would be down a few days.
