Reserve price:$30 (I know that normally this is not disclosed in automatic auctions...however in forum auctions someone might want to disclose it in order to be fair with bidders as if it is met no sign that this happened will appear as it will appear in automatic auctions)

If a receive a bid of $2 am I obliged to sell for the reason that my starting bid has been set to $1?

if you have set a reserve price, you are not obliged to sell for less than that amount.

your starting price is irrelevant and could be 1c and still you are not obliged to sell unless someone bids $30
