im getting this virus from people i never have sent or have received email from like errors@stonediver.com

Take a look at the full header of the email. I think it is not from ppprk. This virus try to select a email address randomly from the address or other stored email and pretend to be sent from that address.

There is a virus going around that is doing that. I read about it at some of the anti-virus sites. I have received multiple copies of it and when I look at the headers that is exactly what it is doing- it's pretending to come from someone else.
