Anyone had a problem with this one? I was logged into my account and I refreshed the page after clicking that days emails and my earnings had gone from over $4 to $00!! My referral earnings were still there. I figured it was a temporary glitch. When I tried to log in the next day I got the You Must First Confirm Your Email message. When I wrote to ask about this she replied "accounts inactive over 30 days are deleted"! I was clicking AND logging in to check earnings at least 4 or 5 days a week!! Every week!! Now she doesn't reply to my emails. I'm afraid this will also happen to my Copper Coins account which I have spent money advertising. This ever happen to anyone else?

It seems she doesn't know what your problem is & she just think she deleted your account due to inactivity.
This has happened to me so many times at other CAC sites.

She didn't delete your account.I meant it seemed she just thought she had deleted your account due to inactivity
Didn't she reply "accounts inactive over 30 days are deleted"! ?
It seems she didn't understand what your real problem is.
Yes, I got my earnings and referral back & still waiting for one site(yourpaidemail) to fix my account.

please read my pm.
I think you need to let her know what your real problem is instead of being quiet & patient now.

i agree with you stipe. but she did it to me on her coppercoins site. she said it was due to inactivity too but thats ###### because i read her emails on the day that i complained to her about another program. what a nasty old lady she is. i wonder why she didnt delete my mec co op account though. and she could have just said that i signed up twice instead of pulling up some stupid excuse like inactivity. i make it a habit to log in after each batch of emails i read. and check to see my stats and credits. do these webmasters who cant even write a simple html code think we are that stupid?

i did explain the whole problem in my first communication and was a little put of by the one-line "inactive accounts" reply. i thought it was a little flip when i explained my earnings had disappeared while i WAS LOGGED IN, how can that be inactive?
shino - i use that same system, logged in while reading to watch that $$ go up! i have advertised with and for copper coins so am keeping my fingers crossed on that one! did you ever get your copper coins account/earnings back?

To stipe
I backup my userdata aon a regular basis.
The last backup file for your original account on my hard drive is dated 3/16
Today is 5/14
That's more than 30 days inactivity.
I did check my existing userbase for an account for you. What i found surprised me, because there was an account for you, but it was totally blank, with no info filled in such as e-mail address/password, name address etc.
Since mec-co-op-paidmail does not have any pending accounts created at all, and accounts are not created until a member confirms, i have no idea what happend here. A blank account is or used to be a pending account.
All existing accounts receive all mails, even pending, which we don't have anymore.
So that would explain why you received mail.
It doesn't explain how you could have logged in, since the password field was blank.
The best i can do is re-instate what i have on my hard drive which is a file dated 3/16
That shows more than 30 days inactivity so you will need to get it active for it not to get deleted the next time i delete inactive accounts.
I do not understand why you had a blank account, it appears to be some sort of glitch, as we don't have any pending accounts like some other CAC sites.
I'm sorry, but this is the best i can do for you, is to re-instate the 3/16 account.

To Shino
I have not yet started to delete ANY coppercoins accounts, active or inactive because of the problems due to poor CAC scripts that i've experienced with mec-co-op
Dealing with 2 programs, and thousands of members, it's possible that i replied to your inquiry in error about 30 days inactives getting deleted.
Yesterday our host made some changes, installed a new T1 and moved things over.
I had no e-mail access for 24 hours or more. No incomming mails at all, and The mails i sent out for both sites contained bad links.
This wasn't my fault, but it was a glitch.
I'm not a mean nasty old lady as you state, just overworked due to the poor scripts put out by CAC and the frustration of waiting for our host to fix them properly.
I don't bla me our host for the long time lap in fixing them, as it's not really his problem, and he has many obligations to fulfill.
I try to keep my members informed as to why their stats are wrong, and ask them to ignore them till they are fixed, but a lot of them insist on ee-mailing me daily about missing referrals, wrong earnings, etc etc etc.
Therefore when i get 100 such e-mails in a day, i may reply with a short reply about 30 days inactives getting deleted.
If i took the time to reply to each one individually, i wouldn't have time to sleep!
Please let me know what your problem on coppercoins is via e-mail as i have not deleted ANY accounts there YET!!!
I may or may not have a backup file for you if your account is missing , depending on when you signed up vs my last backup.
I'm sorry you're having problems with either of my sites, but what you don't seem to understand is that it's just as frustrating for me, as it is for you. I'm dealing with crappy scripts that i purchased in good faith, that don't do what they should do, and the frustration of waiting for someone who can fix them to find the time to do it.
Again, i appologize for any inconvenience you experienced but it's not because i'm a nasty old lady!!! LOL

Really, she's not...Carole is one of the most levelheaded and fair PTR webmasters that I've run across. I can think of WAY meaner old ladies/men running CAC sites...don't tempt me to list them!
