Hello there.
I have purchased a paid site from CAC last month. I was in contact with Brian about the creation of my site, up to the first week of this month. I was having problems with my former hosting company and I had changed to a new one, I sent them the info. But never received any further communications from CAC. I have emailed mr. Brian 3 times, and I'm reluctant to continue emailing because I do not receive a reply and I do not want to sound like I'm spamming the person. Furthermore, I have tried every contact email from their contact us webpage and all of them came back undelivered. It's almost the end of the month and still no word from CAC
Has anyone else have been having problems contacting anyone from CAC?
I don't know what else to do.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you kindly.

Once they have your money they see no need to be in contact with you. They only give 1 month support. And if you bought the site a month ago, then that explains why they are not getting back to you. Ever hear the term you get what you pay for?

hi. But they said that they will get back to me once the site is complete to explain to me all the nitty gritty. I have received no such email. I don't believe the 1 month support can begin, once the money is in their hands. Only after the site is complete. I hope they are not that terrible. That would be awful!

Oh, they are. At some times. I guess it just depends on the day. What kind of info do you have so far?

They never sent you the info for your site? No username or password?

Nothing!
Should I worry?

Panic is more the word. My site was done in 1 week.

Oh man! What to do? Their emails are bouncing. Brian will not reply.
I don't understand what is going on.
I am interested to know if anyone has spoken with anyone from CAC recently.

I stopped trying to contact them about a month ago. Sorry, don't know what to tell you. I doubt they would take your money and run, but from what you have told me and from my own past experience with them, it doesn't look good.

Ok thank you.
I'll wait and see if anyone else knows what is going on. Hopefully someone will be able to help.
Thanx again.

The only ones who can really help you at this point is either Brian or Frank. If you want I could email you a copy of the manual for the site so you can have some sort of idea what you will have for features for the site. Let me know.

Oh can you do that?
It would be greatly appreciated.
That would help me have an idea of what the site would look like...if this problem is resolved. You asked me before if I had gotten an username and password. What are those for?

The username and password are to your site. The info that I will send you is on running the site and all the different features. If you want, PM me with your email address and I can get that to you ASAP.

I think nearly every webmaster has been trying to get hold of Brian including Frank ... I just think he's had enough. I notice too that CAC are selling the old cgi ones now not the php ones .. guess we are stuck with the crap things.
If I am not mistaken technical help is for 90 days. I would get in touch with frank definately.

Yah I was finally able to get in touch with Frank.
And he did mention that they are switching back to their cgi's.
I did ask why they are switching back, and if they have improved the cgi scripts since I've heard a lot of bad things about them.
I'll see what he says.

I've been in contact with Frank. Brian is on "vacation". Maybe Frank will help, maybe he won't. I can say that at least he's offered to help me with the problems I'm having with Email-Dollar. Altho I don't like the solution, at least he has made an offer to help.

EMailCashFrenzy,
Do you have the php or cgi version of CAC? What problems are you having with your scripts?
Frank is trying to help so I think everything will turn out well

If the solution is what I think it is it means everyone loses their referrals. John can import all that to cashcrusader without losing anything.
