Some sites do only update ref earnings once a day. Sometimes theres an error in the script, which your best bet would to be contacting the Program Owner. However, if the program owner is not responding, i would wait till its fixed before promoting anymore.

I had a look at their terms. You must be at least 70% as active as your referrals in order to earn from them. That may be the problem.

In order to determine whether you're being 70% as active as your referral, you'd need to know:
- how often the click counters are reset for the program
- how many clicks were available to your referral and when he did them
- how many clicks were available to you and when you did them
In other words, it's impossible to figure out your level of activity without the help of the program administrators. Clicking all your links isn't necessarily going to guarantee you'll collect all your referral earnings.
If referral earnings are important to you, you should only join programs that have a low activity requirement.
From the things I've read about this subject, my guess is that most program owners don't really understand this area themselves. That could be the reason you didn't get any reply from the webmaster.

I'll try to explain with an example.
Let's pretend that the program resets its click counter every 24 hours at 12:00 PM. (I have no idea how often they really do it, I'm just using 24 hours for an example.)
The first day you click all your links, but your referral doesn't click any. You've clicked 100% of your links. Your referral has clicked 0% of his. You've surpassed the requirement to be at least 70% as active as your referral, so you can keep his referral earnings, but he hasn't made anything, so you get nothing.
The second day you click all your links BEFORE 12:00 PM. Your referral also clicks all his links, plus the links he was sent the day before, but he doesn't do his clicking until AFTER 12:00 PM. Once again, you were 100% active, but your referral hadn't clicked anything by the cutoff time, so you get nothing for his referral earnings unless you do some clicking before 12:00 PM tomorrow.
The third day you get lucky. You click all your links BEFORE 12:00 PM and get credit for the two days worth of clicking that your referral did yesterday. But if you had waited until AFTER 12:00 PM (when the counter reset), you would have lost those two days worth of referral earnings forever.
It's very possible the program is crediting your referral earnings properly, but without more information it's impossible to say for sure. If you don't trust they're doing it correctly, you shouldn't remain a member.

As I said before, if referral earnings are important to you, it's probably better not to join programs with high activity requirements. Even if you keep in touch with your referrals, you have no way of knowing when they're doing their clicking or how often counters are reset.
You may have wasted some time on this one, but you'll know better next time.

Check the rules before joining.
