The following is a message I recieved from net-4-biz get paid to read email program. Isn't users from the same ISP share ip address? So how I can prevent other users using my ip? In addition, how can I prevent my referrals cheating?

It looks like that I am going to lost this account.

Dear GPTREM Member,

As you know, we have updated the GPTREM program. It is now easier
to access our advertisers as you no longer have to enter your ID#
to be brought to the advertisers site. In addition to being
easier for our members, it has also made it possible to detect
for fraud. We are now able to track a users IP and can tell when
more than one email is being read from that address.

It has been brought to our attention that you or your referrals
are using the same IP. We are giving you a one time opportunity
to go into your account and delete any duplicate or bogus
referrals that you might have signed up. We also have detected
that the same people are siging up under each other over and over
which of course is not allowed.

You are allowed only ONE sign up, whether you have 10 different
email addresses. So, in order for you to remain in the program,
we are giving you this opportunity to delete ANY and ALL
duplicate or bogus accounts. We are giving you until August 9th
at which time we will again run a scan on your account. If at
this time we find you or your referrals are still using the same
IP or the same people are signed up on multiple accounts both you
and ALL your referrals will be deleted from this program and all
monies will be forfeited. So, please take the time to check your
account if you wish to remain in the program and do not want to
lose any monies you have accumulated.

no m8 depends, if u have a static IP that is cable modem style, then only U can have that IP, if have a changing IP then yes others may have your previous IP at some time, usually Dial-ups have changing IP's, so if u dont have a static Ip, then email them and abuse them, so stupid PTS & PTREM companies are really screwing the industry, ie spedia, and the company that screwed you up.

I have recieved nothing from them so far and my account is still active. I think they just try to threaten those who are cheating. They should know that people shared the same ip with dial up account.

The funny thing is, the owner has an AOL account that actually used to be his main mail. AOL itself, as an example, uses dynamic IP's. The same IP could be shared by 100's.
