I asked them to send out a point email for me over a month ago, and it still hasn't been sent out!? They even contacted me after I submitted my ad and said it would be sent out soon, and it hasn't been yet. I have tons of points there too. I asked them to send another ad, thinking maybe they lost my ad or something a feww weeks ago, that one hasn't been sent out yet either. Everywhere else I advertise on paid emails do it within 48hr's, those are cacs. CashCauldron a similiar thing to adearners takes 1-2 weeks which is acceptable for me.
Anyone else having these problems with adearners? Or are they sending out ads for you, quickly?

I had the same experience. After I submitted my ad I received notice it was accepted and he mentioned he was behind in ads and it would take 3/4 weeks. Received notice the day before he sent the ad out and it took in total about 6 weeks. I've stayed with them because the free ads are good but I'll never advertise anything that I want people to see quickly again.

It's very hard for these type of sites to strike a balance.
If you want your ad sent out quicker you would have to be receiving up to 8 emails a day!
Who would want that?
Plus less members would read your ads too

I asked on 6/16 for an ad to be run, and I haven't even heard back from the site yet (I don't expect the ad to be run yet, but I thought I would have received confirmation from him before now that he received my request). But the last time I sent an ad there, I heard back from the guy the same day. He could be away or something, I'll give it a full week before I inquire.

The few times I've contacted Steve he's been quick to answer. It could be because of the script changes. I'd probably e-mail him and say I was just checking to make sure the ad was received because he's usually prompt responding and it may have gotten lost with the recent changes.

That's what I did today--I sent a polite inquiry about whether he had even received my e.mail. My guess is, he didn't receive it for whatever reason.
