I don't know if it's in the downlinebuilder-rules.
I understand that you did not promote the program, you can resign and join again?
sorry

Do you mean that your downline was deleted because of foul play?
If that's the case, the downline from your direct ref, moves upwards so they shoudl be your direct now. That's what I have noticed, and what has been told in many older posts by some owners.
Looking at your site of the problem, your claim of posting here , seems to be valid, but maybe the owner of rebel wants to tell the other part of the story

Well, if you didn't work for those referrals, then you can't complain if they want to sell their downline.

Indeed , and a very silly remark from MvanAntwerpen. Not constructive to the discussion. Dwonlines are supposed to move upwards, unless the WHOLE downline was deleted.

If an account is sold.. the person should who brought it should cancel their old account, and take over the new account. The downline should never be moved!

I am just trying to make a point. Whether or not the downline is supposed to move up, if you don't work for referrals (directs), and one of your indirects decides to sell their downline, then you don't have a lot of room to complain.

Point noted, but why not raise a topic on the general forum instead if you don't like the movement of directs referalls to an upliner?
It won't help this topic starter if you are telling your opinion here, and make the topic starter look like a fool, since communication is not your "strongest" point I would advice to stop rambling on.
In this case it is claimed that the PO is taking advantage here.
The onliest to reply should be the PO, and no-one else.

HI All,
I hope I didn't open up a can of worms here, my initial post wasn't to imply that fair play of the WM involving my missing downline. I thought that it could have been a script error or the owner was maybe moving servers, and I just wanted to know if anyone else was having mising ref's. I'm very careful when it comes to cheat links but I don't believe that would affect my downline, it would affect me.
I do promote this program but I'm not as fortunate as other's in obtaining a substanial 1st level downline as some of my other program's as I just joined this one less than a month ago, and unlike some people, I can't afford to buy my downline's at auctions.
And I am under the understanding that program member's can not sell their downline if they have an upline referral, unless the purchaser takes over the original acount and remains under the original referr? maybe I'm wrong?
Denise is working on resolving this issue and was kind enough to put a couple of referrals from her downline, she's quite a nice person too
