After reaching the minimum payout of $25, and even surpassed it, I requested my payment in early february.
Every now and then, for over 3 months I wrote them, asking about my payment, and got no reply whatsoever from them.
Always ignored.
Finally, I sent them a request putting ISAAF in CC.
Oh they did reply this time!
They replied that they would have sent my payment and deleted my account:

Hi Manu,
We did not receive info.
We do not appreciate you reporting us to any agency before you
hear a response to us. Send you pay pal info as we requested. We will pay
you the money due plus what is due to you now and we are deleting your
account. The sooner we hear from you the better.

Hello Martha,
I received your payment, but I want to know based on WHAT you are now deleting my account.
I didn't breech any rule of TOS, and it was YOUR fault if you didn't pay what promised in time, nor replied to my several emails.
Now I want the explanation, and a good one, on why my account should be deleted.
Because I requested what I was due?
I have a downline of 95 referrals and I worked for it, and you have no right of deleting my account.

Requesting payment was not the problem. The money was due you. You reported us to that agency.
And needless to say, my account was deleted.
They were pi**ed off because I put ISAAF in CC?
Well, why didn't they ever reply to my emails?
Why didn't they send my payment due from February and ignored all my requests?
Be warned against this program. It seems that they become very upset when they have to pay...

Manu it reads to me that they are ###### off for the fact that you reported them to "that agency" rather than because they had to pay you. They did pay you!
I've been paid by them without problem.

we'll if they did not pay you to start with and only paid you when you reported them then they were in the wrong for deleting your account simply because you reported them that's your right and they should not be allowed to delete your account for that reason...

Marc, we have already talked about that at ISAAF.
You know what Paul wrote me?
<I would make a stink about it, no matter how many *may* have been treated ok.>
I know that they were ###### off by me including ISAAF in CC (not a report, really), but that's was because I WROTE THEM FOR 3 MONTHS WITHOUT A REPLY.
So yes, they HAD to pay me and to reply this time, but they wouldn't have done it, if ISAAF wasn't involved, and in any case, they shouldn't have deleted my account, because it was THEIR fault not mine if I had to resort to ISAAF to get paid!!!

I dont know i've known a time, when redemption buttons didnt work, and email hasnt been received.
Some webmasters work hard, and they dont appreciate it when members jump to conclusions and falsely report them. I see something simple happen, a member jumps to a conclusion, then theres a complete ruccus.
Since I dont know about this situation, I cannot comment specifically on that, but I have witnessed many simple problems, and people jump to conclusions

I agree with a websites right to delete someone who falsely reports them as a scam. I see way too many people complain about a website in forums without EVER contacting the website about a problem.
If you wrote them at multiple email addresses with no response for 3 months, that would be poor support on their part. If that is the way they act, I think you are better off without them but at least they had the principles to pay you your money.
