I know some were having problems with TPL - getting an error after signup and waiting to get the authorization e-mail. I had the same thing happen to me, but when I tried to re-signup, it said my e-mail addy was already in the database (I had never signed up with them before, so I assumed the signup went through but something happened to prevent me from getting the e-mail). So... I just went to the main page and to Login and entered the PayPal e-mail and "forgot password". THey sent me a password within 2 minutes. I see someone did try signing up after me, because I have 1 referral listed (sorry, I can't remember who that was). Just go back and hit "forgot password" and it should work if you haven't gotten the auth. e-mail.
