Your redemption center does not say anything about minimum requirements,
besides if I was not active, you wouldn't have all my referrals to make up
your member list.

Being the web master of Monster-Email.com, I welcome other webmasters and
their member referrals. That gives me more members to send email ads to and
to get advertising from.

I admit, I am very busy with 6 web sites to manage and I don't get a chance
to read all the Paid Emails but I do read what I can and I have signed up on
a lot of ads that come thru on the Paid Emails too.

I think you should reconsider your decision. We all need to work together to
keep up our reputations and keep our businesses flowing with the best of
members that we can. As web masters, we earn every bit of referral payments
that we get. We work hard and long to keep our members happy and to try and
make these Get Paid To Read web sites running. I would appreciate it if you

Well, venomx sent out emails a long while back saying you must have personal clicks to cashout. Of course if one was just deleting those emails unread, one would not have seen that...

Also, technically speaking you are joining a "get paid to READ email" program, not "get paid to get some referrals" program. It just so happens my refs in this program are doing a great job, thank goodness, because if they all just signed up a few people and then stopped clicking, I wouldn't make very much. I still click the links, more money faster for me :smile:

As for venomx, he's got a sarcastic sense of humor, personally I like it :smile:

I only delete post here only either because they are spamming or causing a break in the downline thread.

This is a complain folder and anyone could make a complain. Whether the complain is legit will be judged by the public but not by us. Anyone could defend themselve with evidence, but not just by deleting things that they do not want to see.

If you deleted those post, how can we know whether these are lies? People might think that because they are truth and you are afraid to let it expose.

Of course if things go too far to the point that it is very obvious that these are active personal attacks or depreciation of programs without evidence, we should remove it. But before things are clear, you are doing this prematurely.

And was I asked why or explained this? NO! Just take the EDITED MOD and go for my throat. Do as you wish Ill make sure people know that you run this only to make YOUR site look better than the rest.

I have an idea. Let's not have Family Affair have anything to do with VenomX and vice versa. Personally, I feel free to argue with Family Affair to my heart's content. It is a free country and my Irish/German heritage just won't leave a good argument alone.

As for deleting negative posts. I am glad this happened because as a moderator for MY support section, I am tempted to delete negative posts. Instead, I replied to it.

I do think, however, that there ought to be a way to MOVE some posts to a more appropriate area. For example, the post in MY section was off topic (yes, I know FA, I was off topic in the other section too) and I would have liked to have been able to move it to it's own little thread and addressed it there.

Some negative posts are like graffitti.

Oh well. Limitations.

I can see that Our Fearless Leader is trying his best to mediate and we are basically very hotheaded tonight. He's right, I for one do take things too seriously.

Unless it is in my support section, I actually don't care if someone deletes a post of mine if it is off topic, etc. I don't take myself THAT seriously.

If anyone has a problem with anything I say, please PM me, sometimes it is all a misunderstanding. And sometimes it isn't and perhaps we can hash it out privately rather than publicly. Whatever the situation may be, I for one am going to try much harder to behave myself and not bicker on the forum. I am getting arthritis in my fingers, I think.

OOPS, almost forgot. After I started I made a change to my earnings policy as well. Members must have $1 of their earnings be from their own click-thrus. I believe that is fair, and I wouldn't expect less from myself. I can advertise and increase membership, I don't need to reward someone for it by paying them for someone else's work. That isn't fair. I may lower the amount but since that is 10 percent of the amount they have to have to cash out, I think it is reasonable.

Many members still ask me what payout is, and it's posted on the FRONT PAGE OF THE SITE! You can't please everyone, and you can provide them with all the information in the world. Some people are going to be unhappy with policy no matter what you do.

2)As far as i have seen, you banned me and made me loose many referrals. I never skipped a thread. In fact, I deleted my account in some programs just to join threads, and you ban me.
Sometimes I act stupid, but never cheated or skipped. I had the feeling that you are a moderator and cant be wrong, something is wrong with me, but now i know who the big cheater is.

You have created numerous duplicated thread. You ignore my PM and continue to do so. We have all the evidence. All those thread is still kept in a private folder. You are nearly the only one that is banned from this forum. You try to come back by using different email address but never try to email me asking for permission to rejoin.

I don't want to ban any one from joining this forum, but you really make a mess with the downline thread and totally ignore our advice and warning. :mad:

Brenda, it is a nice idea to move some threads away from your folder. But in order to move a thread, you need to be a moderator of both the original folder and destination folder. We have more than 20 company reps here, I cannot create a public folder that is accessible for all company reps. The maximum number of mod in each folder is 8. So if you really want to move a thread, all you can do is to ask me to do it for you, I will try to be prompt and respond with 24 hours.

I didn't want to reply to moneysurfer (samih) actually but since lgwong commented. I will like to know why did he skip paidmailinc, people complaining abbas (samih) is a cheater. Everyone knows who the real cheater is.

As a mod, I am doing for the welfare of our downline builder, we do not like banning members but you refused to listen non-stop creating duplicate threads and recently skip people in thread.

Back to the original subject of a change in Terms & Conditions...

That is really a decision that YOU have to make. While we do want our members to actively click, it is also nice that they bring in a bunch of people as well.

Personally I would not change the terms to discourage people from joining and just recruiting. After all they are creating clicks indirectly right? That is my opinion though. I think one thing we have to do is respect the fact that we are owners, and we do have rights to make changes that we feel are in the best interest of the business. You just need to take your time and really think out what is best.

I don't really know what to say after reading this thread, in my opinion, lgwong, you speak of a private folder, you should consider moving this thread there before potential new members get scared off!
