Yes, it's impossible to tell exactly who is active, but if you add up all the ref's and multiply them by their respective %'s, you can get a good idea of how much they would make you in a day if all were active according to what you average yourself in that program (assuming you are 100% active). Did I confuse you?

Let me make a quick example. Let's say you are in a program which has a steady amount of PTC's and Paid Mails. Say you average 20 cents a day there as a 100% active member. Then let's say there are 3 levels of refs 20%, 10%, 5%. If you had 10 in each level, that would be 350%, or 3.5X earnings potential of what you make in a day, in this case, 3.5 x 20c = 70 cents. If that downline in reality was only making you about 15 cents a day, it would only be 15/70 = 21% active.
