Heather put a freeze on payouts until 12/1, then you have to allow another 30 days per TOS before expecting payment.

I'm the pessimist here regarding Heather's programs. My feeling is that none of us will receive any payment from her. I'm due a total of $10, I will be very surprised if it comes.
