I am the owner of the above programs but have a manager managing both programs, and I have a silent business partner.
Some of the recent login problems were due to the fact that MEC hosting siwtched off the error reporting system. The error reporting system is the reports that some members used to see, MySQL errors. What anyone needs to do is try again a few hours later. I'm not sure how known this problem is, but I had it tied down to the fact that I had deleted inactive accounts that had been inactive for 60 days.
No other deletes had taken place, and support is one reason why I left my PTR support posts. It gets too much when webmasters are used as punching bags. I'm not referring to the posts above, she/he had a perfect right to be unhappy as they thought they had been deleted but general morale for most webmasters is very low because few people appreciate the trouble that webmasters go to, to get things put right. Webmasters have already started leaving their posts, and with competition, many more will go I can guarantee. When was the last time you sent a webmaster an online greetings card? LMAO
