Mk, so you know in your members area under earning stats? Under the account transactions section? There's a section called Cash Debits...and I'm wondering what it means? Because I reached the payout a couple of days ago, and after I requested, $3 went from my account balance after all transactions to showing under my Cash Debits section, but I was never paid...so does it mean that it was subtracted from my account?

Many programs pays up to 30 days from payment request.

Many programs have auto debit, it debits the amount of the money you redeem as long as your click the "redeem" button. It doesnt mean that you have received the payment =) You can check in the TOS section to find out how long it will take up. Usually takes up 30 days as what ragas said

You have redeemed. I know programs where the time between Cash Debit and payout could go up to 60 days. Nothing to worry. Please check the TOS of the program and when the money is not on your acount after the period in the terms + 5 days. Ask the WM. You did not loose the money.
